We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was spacious, clean and in a perfect location. Communication was excellent-we had a few issues that were resolved immediately. Was walking distance to restaurants, shopping and waterfront. Street parking was not a problem. Would stay again.

Great location near the harbor. Communication was almost immediate and they let us check in early as we got off our cruise ship at 8 am. Comfortable beds and bonus there was a washer/dryer combo.

So glad we stayed here! The apartment is beautiful on a quiet street with views of the harbor. Everything we needed was provided and within walking distance to great restaurants. Excellent stay!!

Location was fantastic. The room and bathroom are spacious. However there was no recycle bin and there was a lack of hand towels. The kitchen table is stuck in a corner with little space to sit around it.

Excellent apartment in every way… Good location, very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean .. My son used the sofa bed and it was very comfortable.

We loved this property. Very spacious and central to downtown Reykjavik. The only thing that would have helped us is if the property owners would let us know the best place to Park (specifically for P3 parking). They do give you helpful Reykjavik parking info. We had 4 apartments with 4 families and we all agreed that it would have made thing easier if we had an idea of our best parking options. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here in Iceland. The apartment has all the amenities you need. Just right for 2 people. The entrance door to the building is just through an arch way. Street parking was free between 6pm - 9am, since we were out during the day exploring, it worked well for us.

Nice property., but note, there is no elevator so you have to carry luggage up 3 flights. Also liked that we could access the Exexter Hotel by a few stairso between the pdoperties, so we could get breakfast.

Greaþ location and weĺl equiped kitchen.

Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen. Bright with lots of windows though the view is nothing to write home about. Spacious. There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom but good luck trying to program it (pictures on buttons give little clue what they are for). parking is a hazzle and you mayha e to park blocks away. We would stay there again if we returned to iceland.

It was lovely to have a full kitchen. The entry procedures were clear and easy to follow. A great spot if you enjoy walking to a plethora of nearby activities in downtown. Parking is a bit awkward as it is street parking…but it seemed to work ok for the shoulder season.

It's likely a good property in a good location but we got room 101 on the ground floor and the whole place smelled. The washroom smelled the worst despite the place looking clean. Someone came to check and confirmed the smell and believed it was some sewage gases possibly and tried to help with scented sticks which did not really work completely. The smell of the place tainted an otherwise nice looking place and location.

Good location

Very nice apartment, near restaurants and shops. You need to pay for street parking. Only complaint is water has a strong sulfur smell, we stayed all over Iceland during our trip and this was the only property that had this problem, not sure why???

Awesome Apartment

This apartment is PERFECTLY located in downtown and was the perfect place for our family vacation. Everything was amazing. Very comfortable bed, and even the foldout was comfortable for our son (with sensory problems). The only problem was with the Wi-Fi. It was a little slow, but definitely a minor inconvenience considering the location. We plan to visit Reykjavik again, soon, and we already decided that we will stay at the same place. Highly recommend!!!
