Perfect location for a short stay in Melbourne. Walking distance to everything, with lots of cafes and eateries close by. The room itself was well designed with a separation between lounge/kitchenette and the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Melbourne.

Excellent location, we were in level 1 facing flinders lane and it was so noisy, people fighting all night and cars revving. Not a lot of sleep was had over the three nights we stayed

Great apartment and such a great location. Waking out onto Degraves St was excellent. My only negative is that we were staying on the 1st floor and could hear the noise of degraves below; eg the packing up and setting up of the restaurants/ passers by / trucks

Great staff, excellent location and spacious apartment, only downside was the level of street noise that comes through the windows until quite late at night (I was on second floor)

Everything was good except for the cleaning service ..how many time we requested to make a one time full cleaning instead of one light and one full, they just throw the bin and don’t clean or change the bedsheets, they didn’t even clean the toilet and the kitchen as we requested!!! Location are perfect !

Amazing location super walkable everywhere. Staff were really nice. Rooms could do with a deep clean especially the bathrooms. Bedding was tired with rips in sheets and our room never got serviced the 5 nights we were there had to duck out and grab towels from house keeping on other rooms. Overall was pretty cheap so reasonable for what you pay.
