Excellent apartment in a great location

The apartment was very nicely decorated, good facilities and was in an excellent location, both walking distance from the center and also close to the underground. There was also a supermarket opposite and also nice restaurants nearby, would highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay here. It felt like my own home for a week (only much more luxurious). There was lots of space in the apartment and everything was as advertised on the photos. The metro stop was only 2 minutes walk away to get anywhere in Vienna and there were lots of shopping and dining options in the area. It was very safe and everyone was extremely friendly. The property owners had great communication throughout my stay via the guest app and were always quick with a reply.

A great spot close to a local grocery store in a quiet street. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and provided lots of space for a solo traveller. There are some dining options locally which were very nice.

Excellent quality apartment-hotel. Easy check-in procedure. The only issues were with the air-conditioning: living-room AC did not work at all and flashed error lights. The portable ACs in the bedrooms are quite noisy and needed to be drained of water before they could be used.

A very comfortable well appointed apartment conveniently situated with easy access via underground to the centre. Apartment was clean, well equipped and matched the description provided on hotels.com. We will be visiting Vienna fairly frequently and will look to book this apartment again.

We were pleased with the accommodations at Steiner Residences. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances and the air conditioning worked extremely well. A small supermarket was located conveniently located around the corner. Highly recommend!

It was a really nice unit in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to metro and grocery store. The only thing that I would change is the shower head hose which was a bit short. I would also add large shampoo and conditioner instead of small tubes to save both the environment and have enough for the guests during their stay 😅

Great location, good space to

The location of this property is in a modest neighborhood, in a small street that doesn't see much traffic. There is a small supermarket around the corner with all the food and beverages that you need, including vegetables and more importantly beer and spirits. They are also well stocked with household items and pharmacy tems. Lots of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room for 2 of us traveling with 2 suitcases and 2 carry ons. The kitchen was well equipped with enough room to reheat leftovers and make a small breakfast. The whole place was very well lit from natural daylight. The walls could use a little repainting and refreshing, but all in all it was a good place to stay. One thing worth noting is that there is a small washing machine, but there's no dryer!! There is a folding clothes drying table/stand that works well. Our clothes dried in less than 24 hours.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for four nights as an alternative to being in a hotel. While there are advantages to a hotel stay in terms of having staff on site to help with small questions, etc. the apartment was certainly more spacious than what we would’ve gotten in a hotel and the price was quite reasonable. We didn’t know this neighborhood before arriving and found it to be a very good place to stay. It’s quite safe. There are a lot of cafés and restaurants nearby as well as two grocery stores and a metro station. The bedroom is a little odd because of the way the apartment is designed. You can’t walk around the bed. But that’s a minor thing. The one suggestion we would have to the managers of the property is to make sure that there are lights as you walk in the front door on the street and as you get out of the elevator. Consistently when we arrived at night, there were no lights and we had to use our telephone flashlight to see. I would also add that the staff was always very responsive by email to any questions that we had.

Wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect, and when I walked in the door, I was very pleased. It’s very clean (and I’m picky), and wonderfully appointed. There are heated bathroom floors, the place is very roomy, and there’s LOTS of storage space—I even found Earl Gray tea in the cabinet. The kitchen is great—with everything you need, so you can cook full meals. And it’s very easy to walk around or get cabs and ubers. The neighborhood seems a little old, but perfectly safe and there are plenty of shops, etc. As a woman, I felt safe walking around in the evening. Thank you to the owners of Steiner Residences—I was sad to leave Austria. Your beautiful apartment made my stay even more special!
