When I checked-in my room was not cleaned up. I've contacted to Apartment via Whats up and only AI replied for two hours without real help, until I receive the support from the real person. Finally I could change my room after three hour passed. Since it was over 40 deg-C, it was really tough to me

Bed and pillows were super comfy, spacious and well-kept all around. Shower drain was clogged initially, but staff helped us fix it and it was fine after. Great value stay overall!

None to give, have a stay your self to see

For the last three year we have been staying at your hotel, but each year it seen have gone worst. I do personally feel the owner should stay in the hotel and experience the stay, room 231 is super dirty the bathroom show, wet area is uncleared the shower heads not fitting or setting well, that room also smells n darks light not working, really looking this making the hotel a nice to to stay

The room was dirty. There was someone else’s hair in the bed. There was a bottle of water on the table without no indication of being changed. But they charged 4Euro for it. It was like a trap. It made us very unhappy for the small money. I will NEVER choose this hotel again.

Horrible EXperience

My Stay was horrible . Check in too way too much time . I paid around 700 dollars for a scam of a place, The menu for the breakfast did not reflect actuality , no AC. No net on the windows in case you want to open them .Customer service was not very helpful either . If you are looking for a do it yourself overpriced hotel , book this place , Your room is never cleaned and you have to get all your amenities by yourself. No front desk the lobby looks like it's in construction

The hotel is very nice and very clean. So there is nothing to say about the rooms and their cleanliness. However it’s very sad that the doors and walls are so thin that you can literally hear every small noise in every room nearby. Thin walls and heavy chairs are also a bad combination cause every time me or anyone else was moving a chair it sounded like we’re having a renovation. I know it’s hard to make walls thicker but thicker doors are quite easy to get cause we were staying next to the elevator and every time someone was using it we woke up cause of the noise. And also there is no sense in forbidding smoking on balconies. We literally upgraded our room so we don’t have to go downstairs to smoke all the time. There is a high potential to be an excellent hotel. Maybe you should work on it cause most of the reviews are complaining about the same thing.

This stay has been the worst experience in the 21 years I've been having a city trip with my daughter. Firstly, we were warned only two days in advance that "ongoing construction work is taking place on the building". Far too late to look elsewhere. After contacting numa we were told the "noisy works" will take place “only between 09:00-18:00”. Not so, it started way before 09:00. Secondly, the day after our arrival, thursday morning, the lights in the bathroom didn't work anymore and we had to shower and use the toilet in the dark. We contacted numa but they couldn't do anything at the time. So it was agreed upon that repair should take place the following day. But when we came home fridaynight, nothing had been done. After contacting numa again, we were told that repair could take place on monday, the day we were leaving. A remarkable experience, to shower and use the toilet in a dark bathroom for five days in a row. And also to wash your dishes in the dark. Because, thirdly, there is a ‘kitchenette’ with stove in the apartment, but no sink. So you have to clean your dishes etc. in the bathroom, which is in no way equipped for this. Finally, another ridiculous feature, there are no doors in the apartment. It is a family suite, with a sleeping and a sitting room. But no way parents (or kids) could have some privacy. On top of it all, áfter our stay, having paid in advance by way of Expedia, numa sends an invoice. Stay away from these apartments.

このホテルはデュッセルドルフ市内にいくつかあるようだが、こちらは建物および施設は古く、利便性は期待できない。スタッフも研修が徹底された印象はなく、ドイツ外から来たスタッフが多く、挨拶の一言をも言わず笑顔も少なく親しみは殆ど感じられない。 ただ、リクエストには充分対応可能で、ビジネスユースでの1日〜2日での宿泊はともかく、1週間以上等の長期滞在には向かないようである。

Messe会場、市街地へのアクセス良好

大型のMesse参加のため、約1週間の滞在。 アクセスが良く、部屋の清潔さ、広さに優れた全体的に良いホテルでした。 一方で、ランドリーサービスが断られた点、部屋の金庫が使用できなかった点、チェックアウト時のINVOICEが一部不足していた点、が不満足でした。Messe開催中の価格は非常に高騰しており、価格に見合った設備、対応では無かったと感じました。

子供２人と４日間滞在しました！

室内もホテル内も綺麗でとても良かったです。 フロントの方も親切で快適に過ごせました。 シャワールームは狭かったですが、値段からして特に不満に感じるほどではないです。 アメニティはありますが、シャンプーとボディソープが一緒になったものなので用意した方が良いです。
