Spacious room with kitchen. The AC was not working and we had 4 fans in the room. Disappointing when you book a place with AC as a must. Many grocery stores nearby. Close to Subway stations.

The room was very clean and had everything needed for a nice stay. The staff was excellent. I only had the breakfast one morning. It wasn’t worth the price, in my opinion. Not many options and the seating was limited. Overall, a nice place.

My partner and I arrived during a heatwave so the air conditioning couldn't quite keep up but the receptionist gave us a fan to help manage the temperature. The suite we got didn't look like the pictures but we were satisfied enough with the size and layout. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The building is aging and needs some love but it's still good value for the price. Location is great and close to the Metro.

Good stay overall. The property is well located, with a nice outside environment and everything within easy walking distance. Housekeeping was consistent and appreciated. Kitchen amenities could be better equipped, and the coffee machine could be improved for a better experience. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with a few areas that could be enhanced.

We were very happy with our room only one small suggestion bring your own air freshener to use in the bathroom as there is no fan. The staff were friendly and helpful. We love the free espresso downstairs 😍Thank you.

Main issues. Odd tv placement on side of room. No sofa or comfortable chairs. No space to get into bed, have to crawl. Sloppy maintenance but issues corrected except AC very hot during heatwave. Useless ancient hairdryer. No lobby work area.

Photos on website are at least 20 years old. No housekeeping service provided at all over 4 night stay. Rooms very badly need to be renovated. No plug in bathroom, no outlets at all in bedroom. Furniture not comfortable. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly. Great location, would not stay there again.

Confusion about two single beds vs a shared bed should not have been as hard as the staff made it. Turns out many of the rooms have options to convert. We did not need to pack up and move. Also, air conditioning is not what Americans might expect. Cooler, but not cool. There was a hard press on check in to pay for the breakfast plan. Laundry is available, but hours are restricted. Showers are in a high-sided tub with only 1/3 covered by glass. As a result, bathroom gets wet without a very concerted effort. Combine that with high tub sides and no grab bars. It’s navigable, but not ideal. Hair dryer is nearly useless as there is very little heat or power. Loved the espresso machine in the lobby! After check in, staff was lovely!

The room was very clean. The staff was kind. The wifi signal was low to moderate in the room, so sometimes we had to use the mobile's data, but that one too, unfortunately, had a very low signal. It is family friendly. We stayed during the high-heat period in Paris (exterbal temperature was 42-43 °C for the 3 out of 5 days of our stay), and the air-condition was not strong enough. It was working day and night for the full 5 days but it could not decrease the temperature lower than 24 °C in bedroom and lower than 25 °C in living room where the children were sleeping. The functioning of A/C was that intense that there were some water drops continuously falling from the ceiling in the room door area just outside the toilet; I notified reception, they said that they were going to look into it, but nothing changed (I assume that this was due to the intense working of A/C and that the staff or their technician could not fix it).

This was my 4th stay at this location; obviously I love the hotel! Staff is always friendly and helpful. The studio with kitchenette is huge, especially for Paris. View of the park is lovely, and not at all loud considering the traffic on the boulevard. I love the fact the windows open to let in fresh air. As a solo female traveler safety is of utmost importance, and I feel very comfortable in the neighborhood even at night. My only critiques are that 1) the stove burners emit very low heat even on the high setting, so even cooking eggs takes half an hour, and 2) not enough hangers in the closet. More are available on request, so I just pack extra wire hangers in my checked suitcase.

Where do i start, awful carpark layout and access. Overcharged at €30 a night too! The carpark was unsafe being in constant darkness and unclear which sections are for the hotel. Reception staff rude about ice for the room. Inadequate aircon, so the hotel place fans in every room. Power cut meant the fan didnt we lost everything on the final night (charging, fan to keep cool, consumables in the fridge). Despite a hotel wide power cut no management staff available the following morning when checking out to deal with the mass of complaints. Simply stated 'they dont work sunday's' dont be fooled by the pictures the rooms are quite outdated. The size was good and useful balcony. But thats where it ended.

ロケーションが良く、メトロ駅やバス停も複数利用可能、周囲の治安も問題なく、スーパーや飲食店なども多数あり、お部屋には清潔さも問題なく、快適な滞在でした。熱波の時期の滞在だったのですが、クーラーの効きが悪く蒸し暑かった（窓を少し開けることで夜は多少涼しさは感じられましたが）のと、洗面の水の流れが少し悪いのが気になったくらいでした。一階に洗濯室があり、アプリを利用して予約、決済ができるのですが、洗濯機乾燥機が2台ずつしかなく、順番を待っていて使用開始が遅くなり、洗濯室の利用が夜8時までということで洗ったものが取り出せなくなってしまいました。翌早朝にチェックアウトがあったため、フロントにお願いしてなんとか洗濯室に入れてもらうことができましたが、使用を予定されている場合は要注意です。

お部屋は広くて素敵でしたが、冷房が全然きかず夜も暑かったです。 あとお湯を使える上限が決まっているのか、ある程度使うと水に近くなってしまいました。 キッチンの設備は申し分なかったです。

チェックイン前にスーツケースを預かってもらえたのでコインロッカーの手配が不要になり助かりました！ メトロ駅、バス停のみならず、マルシェ・バスティーユ、スーパーへのアクセスがいいのもお勧めです！ ロビーのエスプレッソが美味しいのもお勧め❕ 近くのベーカリーでクロワッサン買ってきてロビーでエスプレッソ入れて、お部屋で朝ごはん食べました👍
