4 days in restful surroundings

Very restful, the hotel is a short walk from the centre of Bagnoles which is perfect after a fine meal. 30 minutes in the pool is a perfect start to the day.

A very busy property. Parking within the property is possible but rather a long walk from the two parking areas. Rooms are rather tired and in need of decoration. Breakfast buffet selection is very good.

Was great. Only downside we got in a little late and went to the restaurant to see the menu and was greeted with we are full and there were open tables. That was ok, we found something around the corner down the street and it was amazing

A Lovely stay in a lovely town

We had a lovely stay here. We chose a studio, and, following the reviews, were prepared for the minor drawbacks: the room is not cleaned every day unless you request and pay extra; there are no cleaning materials or washing up liquid supplied; the staff go off at 8pm; there is no bar. That said, the place is spotless, the pool fabulous, the staff helpful and friendly, breakfast and dinner can be purchased on site, the views are lovely, it is peaceful and you can walk or cycle into town. I give it full marks for value - even paying for extras, it’s not expensive.

Very modern building, clean and well organised. Spa facilities are an added bonus! Great value for a family stay. We only stayed 1 night as passing through on route to the south so we didn’t get a chance to visit the town as raining so much during our short stay! Breakfast was really nice too. Deffo recommend. Great family room.

It was difficult to find from the map given. We went to the wrong place initially. The restaurant was fully booked so we were told to go back to town and look. Front desk staff was not very welcoming. No stores nearby. Therapy pool was modern and enjoyable with many water jet features. Location in a wooded area was beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

The place is quite nice and located relatively isolated at the top of a hill, there is a 3 minute drive to town and some local small shopping and dining and only around 6 minutes to a large store. The staff are very kind but most don't speak enough English for it to be usable and they quickly resort to using google translate, which is a solid service but of course isn't super. The "Spa" is a bit of a glorified pool which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the fact that it was filled with children jumping in and splashing everyone and in general being very bothering to the other guests. This would be against the clearly printed Spa rules but no staff ever came down and I doubt they would have enforced it even if they did. The kitchen in the apartment was nice and usable enough, my other gripe(and it's a larger one) was that the kitchen didn't have a usable knife, there was a large bread knife and a small incredibly dull single bladed vegetable knife which is by far the worst knife i have tried to use in my life before we gave up and went out to buy a new knife we could use. The stay was very nice and for people who hadn't chosen it specifically for the spa I would recommend it but I would probably no go again.

Quelle déception.

Nous avons dû changer d'appartement car le premier qui nous a été proposé était sale (poussière, miettes par terre, cheveux dans la salle de bain). Le deuxième n'était pas beaucoup mieux, mais nous n'avions pas le courage de visiter toutes les chambres. La vaisselle n'était pas très propre, le sol de la pièce principal avait des taches ainsi que le mur près du lave-vaisselle. L'isolation est très mauvaise, on entend beaucoup les bruits du couloir et le langage fleuri de notre voisin. L'eau de l'espace aquatique pour enfant était plutôt froide et l'air ambiant aussi. Notre fils n'a pas pu y rester et nous aurions eu du mal à rester avec lui même en peignoir. L'espace aquatique reste ouvert jusqu'à 22h, mais vers 21h, il n'y avait plus de jets d'eau et l'eau s'est considérablement refroidie. Une expérience très décevante pour un établissement de cette réputation.

Super accueil!

Séjour d'une nuit. Très bon accueil, personnels au petit soin. Studio propre, tout confort. Espace aqualudique très agréable avec un espace dédié pour les enfants. A noter que le hammam n'est pas fonctionnel depuis plusieurs mois.

Belle résidence mais !

La résidence est belle, avec une belle piscine, agrable quand il n'y a pas trop de monde. L'appartement que nous avions était bien conçu et pratique. Il manque un bar pour se détendre en fin de journée et des aménagements extérieurs pour les enfants. Nous avions précisé que nous souhaitions être au dernier étage, mais la réception nous a dit qu'il n'avait rien reçu ! C'est dommage ce manque de transmission des demandes !

Très bon séjour. Par contre le jacuzzi hammam n’était pas accessible. Dc le minimum aurait été de proposé un geste commercial car j’avais pris cet hôtel pour ce service. Donc pas très honnête de ne pas l’annoncer avant la réservation. De plus l’eau avant d’entrer dans la piscine n’est pas changé et est très sale.

Le lieu est reposant hôtel bien entretenu appartement propre et fonctionnel . Le coin piscine avec jeux d'enfants est sympa mais l'espace est trop froid les enfants peuvent tomber malades et malheureusement ne profite pas à fond car il fait trop froid le hammam est en panne depuis longtemps à aucun moment s'est indiqué sur aucun site ni à mi à réception cest limite car les gens paie et viennent pour certaines prestations dont le hammam. Sinon lenvironement est agréable la piscine adultes est propre les contours de la piscine sont glissants on peut vite glisser j'ai vu plusieurs chutes un revêtement est à prévoir
