The room itself was fine, but the staff's attitude was highly unprofessional. As an Asian traveler who doesn't speak Portuguese or Spanish, I have never had issues checking into other hotels—even when staff didn't speak English. However, the staff here simply repeated words I didn't understand in a very impolite manner. Not knowing English isn't the problem; the issue is their poor attitude. At night, I tried to connect to the Wi-Fi but found no information in the room. Since the front desk was unstaffed at night, I had to contact customer service via WhatsApp. Shockingly, the WhatsApp number was only posted next to the main entrance outside, meaning I had to leave the building just to find it. Furthermore, when I asked about the laundry room location (which Expedia listed as available), the agent completely ignored my question. I still have no idea if this building even has one. To make matters worse, the building requires a key chip to unlock the main door even when leaving. On my checkout day, while I was waiting for my Uber in the lobby, a staff member approached me, took my key and chip, and basically escorted me out. I was forced to wait for my Uber on the street with my large suitcase. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Deveriam melhorar a qualidade das toalhas e cobertores. uma das toalhas que estavam no nosso quarto, estava tão surrada que era transparente... o cobertor com aspecto de velho. tem um armário pra por as roupas mas não tem nenhum cabide pra pendurar falta um apoio pras malas. na cozinha, não tinha pano de prato, tive que pedir um... tinha um vazamento no teto da cozinha e, no dia da chuva entrou muita água pelo teto e pela janela, alagando a cozinha. o ar condicionado super barulhento. a localização realmente é boa.

O quarto estava impecável e toda a estadia foi excelente. Só é necessário melhorar o checkin. Fiquei do lado de fora apertando o interfone - conforme orientação - por mais de 20 minutos. E quando entrei foi porque outro hospede entrou e aproveitei e entrei também. Só lá dentro pude procurar uma pessoa para fazer o meu check in.

Gostei da hospedagem. Mas deixou a desejar pois nao tem uma pessoa 24horas no hotel, achei inseguro. E principalmente o carro, fica em um terreno na frente, com portão manual, fácil acesso a pessoas da rua.

Poderia melhorar em alguns aspectos

Lâmpada do banheiro estava ruim, condições da cama não estavam boas também, colchão estava com manchas de cigarro e era bem desconfortável - estava “afundado” no meio. As fotos não eram exatamente o que era o apartamento e a visão do exterior do quarto pela janela também não era a mesma. Localização ótima, atendimento por WhatsApp rápido.

Muito bom

Gostamos muito, local agradável e tranquilo. Muito limpo e amplo. Senti faltam de alguns utensilios de cozinha, como escorredor de loucas, guardanapo de louça, frigideira. Falta uma escrivaninha com cadeira para trabalho e o sinal do wifi ser melhor. Mas no geral muito bom!!!

We liked the large bathroom, soft bed, good TV with Netflix, very clean, and good temperature. Centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. But the kitchen is very small, does not have oven, the freezer is little and not effective. No bidet.

Recomendo. Excelente custo benefício.

Checkin e checkout são fáceis. O hotel é bem localizado e os quartos estão em ótima condição. A única coisa que me preocupou, mas muito pouco, foi a fechadura da porta do quarto, que é uma de segredo simples. Para um hotel que não tem recepção, uma fechadura eletrônica ou de chave tetra me transmitiria mais segurança.

Tudo otimo!

Excelente, mas não tive sorte com os vizinhos. No andar de cima, um sujeito ficava pulando o dia todo no chao. Reclamei com a administração, mas é dificil corrigir pessoas sem civilidade. Contudo, excelente apart.
