Good location in the centre of Clifton, however very noisy with poor windows and sound insulation from the road and adjacent compartments. Extremely soft bed which may be suitable for some but we found very uncomfortable.

Excellent value for money. Well positioned in Clifton for easy access to city centre. Excellent comms from the company. No frills but everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely return and recommend.

Recommended for longer stays

Perfect for a couple of days stay in the area. All the amenities you would expect to be able to cook for yourself and a tesco just 2 minutes walk away. Very close to Bristol city centre with good bus connections.

Easy access and clean throughout. Large studio with all you need for a night away. Clifton Village right on your doorstop. Although parking underneath the apartments, this is for only 6 cars so we were unable to get a space. It would be difficult to get a space on a weekend I would imagine. Parking available in the neighbouring streets where available.

The apartment was clean and functional and the location is handy for Clifton. The pre-registration process seemed to include unnecessary information but was relatively straightforward. The room had a funny smell, like mothballs, which was quite over powering, we assumed it was to cover a less pleasant smell. Keeping the windows open helped but then made it cold, of course. However, overall, the apartment met our needs, was clean and had sufficient space. It was really just the smell that has dropped it a star.

Really close to Clifton Suspension Bridge and the Downs. Central to Clifton shops, walkable to Bristol centre although quite far. Not great for parking. Quite noisy at night with windows open and no air con. Not that clean in the apartment (floor very grubby judging by state of socks).

Lovely apartment in Clifton

The apartment itself was really lovely, well equipped and pretty clean. The TV had an abundance of channels to choose from which was great for the kids. The location is awesome! I had some issues with receiving our access code and was given slightly wrong info regarding car-parking. Overall, we had a great stay and issues were resolved fairly quickly.

This was a terrible experience. We waited over an hour and a half to get access to the property with two children late in the evening. The beds weren’t made. The property was dirty, very very dusty. It was appalling. I will never go back.

Although the building is in an amazing location, the apartment itself it is a lot smaller than pictured. Was all I needed which was great, but, the walls were dirty and chewing gum on the window seal. Also did got two single beds put together instead of an king size. I was constantly falling in between the mattresses. Apart from that it was a nice experience and the staff were very helpful.

Not very clean.

Apartment was much smaller than expected. Once I arrived it was not very clean - dusty and zero attention to detail. Paint work is scuffed and could do with attention. Wouldn’t recommend or rebook. The car parking isn’t guaranteed and spaces are tiny.

Dont bother, unless you want unnecessary stress

The apartment it self was ok. Apart from that there was only one bath towel, despite the booking for 2 people. There was no instructions on where to park. The telephone number goes to answering machine, 24hrs after checking out ive still had no one call me back. The messaging sevice says someone will reply within 24hrs. Thats great, if you book for a week, but not if you stay for 1 night. This whole experience ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyabe stay in Bristol with friends.

Shockingly bad, very disappointed

Imagine after a long drive late at night you have to change your own sheets because it is soiled and wasn't changed since the last guest. You would expect the next day someone at the very least to change the bedding but guess what, no one even came in to collect the old soiled sheets. The bin had rubbish from the last guest too, very dissatisfied and disappointed. I've reached out to Your Apartment Reservations team who were aware of the situation, still haven't responded back, it has been over a week without response. Absolutely shocking.

Premium apartment was small & photos misleading - the apartment we got had a different layout & less spacious than the one pictured. Shower pressure was very poor and made it hard to shower properly. The most frustrating thing though was the Co-working space advertised was exclusively booked out to corporate clients for the entirety of our stay! This was one of the key things we booked this place for & no warning or notice was given. An email at 8:30am left no time to find a suitable replacement. So beware that the Co-working space may not be usable to you. I asked customer service to mention this on their website/listing but looks like they've failed to do so. Not good business practice at all.
