I booked Luxury Condos Menlo Park through Hotels.com expecting a clean, comfortable, and professionally managed stay. What I actually experienced was incredibly disappointing and far from the quality described in the listing.
Right from day one, there were serious issues. Most notably, there was no running water when I arrived. I had to reach out to management just to understand what was going on, and there was no proactive communication about such a major problem. This property is in a good location because it is close to nice spots like Palo Alto. It is next to some industrial complexes though so don’t expect beauty around you. It feels like you are staying in a nice college apartment, but don’t expect luxury. It’s clean, but simple. The gym was nice and it is a good spot for a family. Good landing spot if you plan on touring the area.
