We had a great stay at the Aspenwood! Our condo was spacious, with comfortable couches and the kitchen was well stocked. We were very pleased! The proximity to the slopes was fantastic as well.

I have been coming to Snowmass for 30 years on and off in the first week of spring. L13 is the second best place I have stayed and the best priced. The condo had everything we (4adults) wanted. It is close to the mountain and transportation. Clean and well serviced. The CT shuttle was very helpful

I liked the fact that we had everything we needed. The only thing I did't like was that we were on the 3rd floor. That walk from the parking lot to our room was brutual.

Lovely apartment

We were in J2. Lovely apartment - spacious but cosy with lovely decor. However in comparison the bathroom was very small. Communication at check in was poor as no one seemed to know about what was open or closed anywhere

Parking is easy But bed douvet doesn’t have clean cover which is not good. Property swimming pool and hot tub shown on the website don’t work that’s disappointed.

I stayed here for 5 nights for a family wedding in Aspen. While cheaper than Aspen, if you are coming to visit Aspen, it’s worth spending the money for a better closer stay. It took 30min each way into Aspen. The property was very difficult to navigate when checking in. It’s a random assortment of villas, poorly labelled. It took me 1 hour from the time I got on site to check-in, find my room, and then get my luggage in. It was never said on the website, the room was up stairs and no elevator. So you are carrying your luggage and all children up the stairs. This was awful as I had a 3month old. As well, when I walked in, the room smelled and the room is old, and carpeted which felt dirty. The room was very old, and felt like an old cottage. Moreover, we asked in advance for a pack n play. I had confirmation from staff, it would be in the room, and nothing. So I had to get the staff at 10pm to find a pack n play for my tired infant. This was ridiculous and we were moments away from finding another place. I will not stay here again and not recommend this to anyone.

Great property for couples get-away in the summer.

Nice little condo in a great location in Snowmass. A little dark and dated, but overall a nice, self-contained space. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tubs were nice. There are several walking trails around the property where you can get in a good hike and enjoy nature. One day we were fortunate enough to see a black bear on our walk! Would recommend the property.

Found hair on the freshlylaundered sheets Called the office and asked for new bedsheets … found hair again When we moved into the unit from down the street we asked for a porter/help w our bags up to the 3rd floor We were told none was available Oberall dissapointed w the management of the property in such a great ski location

I couldn’t stay here again unless I was on the top floor. I heard EVERYTHING the guests above me were saying and doing, including the bedroom. They woke me up at 2:30 in the morning on the first night and subsequently at 6:30 every morning thereafter; not cool at all!

The studio suite was very nice and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Good location that's close to trails and dining. The service team was friendly and responsive. Parking is close and plenty but the hill is a little steep if you have mobility issues. Only drawback is that the sound insulation between units--a few nights I needed ear plugs due to noisy neighbors

So the majority of the staff was great, including the maintenance guy and the morning front desk worker. But I’ll be asking for a refund of our first night. We booked a room with a sofa bed, called twice to confirm it would have a sofa bed, at 11pm I went to go to bed, no the sofa bed was broken with a note on it. I called the office, the gentleman seemed very dismissive, later said he’d send an air mattress, that never came, called back, no one answered. So I slept on the floor. I didn’t pay x dollars a night to sleep on the floor. I told this to th las he next day, she moved us for our second night, but the first night was atrocious.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. When checking in, the office address we were provided was closed and it took a while for us to figure out where we could go to check in. I had called a few days before to confirm that there were two beds (a queen and a sofa bed). After a long exhausting day, when we went to pull the sofa bed out there was a sign saying that it was broken, so my business partner and I both had to share the queen. The hot water never got hot, the blinds kept getting stuck open, and the internet kept cutting out when we were trying to work. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

There were no instructions on where to check in. We walked all over, up and down multiple sets of stairs looking for an office or lobby. There was no mention of no air conditioning. The pull out bed was broken- had a sign on it to not use. Had to request additional sleeping place. They brought an air mattress- didn’t hold air. For two night my son didn’t have a bed to sleep on. That’s not acceptable! Not when I paid for two beds. I would like to have some money refunded.

Not the best

The condo was oddly configured. The bedroom did not have a door and the bathroom was about as far away from the bedroom as possible. The real complaint was all the construction going on across the street. Loud trucks and workers starting early in the morning. If you stay in the Aspenwood building request a room on an upper level and away from the street.

Outdated hotel for such an expensive price

Not worth the price we paid for ! The room is outdated! Horrible construction view & very noisy! No hot water & no AC running!
