This was a fantastic property to stay at, relatively close to the metro lots of cafe, restaurants. Bakery’s and grocery in a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again

Over all we had a fantastic stay we loved it , the property was clean and comfortable it was in a nice and safe location also a very delicious pizza restaurant right in the bottom, it was easy to communicate with the owners when we needed something

The only trouble we had was the noise level at night. Can not be helped by the property; there are bars very close and you're on a main street. Have earplugs if you need quiet to sleep. The location is great, feels local and safe, and it was clean and updated. Staff is good a communicating if you have questions. I would recommend more ways to hang things (more hooks perhaps) like towels/coats as that was limited. Overall, a very lovely stay, and would return to stay again.

This place was new, clean and comfortable. I had never spent much time in the 11th or 20th arrondissements, but we really enjoyed the true "ville de Paris" - not so touristy, but very easy to get around and a pleasure to walk the neighborhood.

Good but you get what you pay for nothing more

Its a genuine area, the apartment was great and only a couple of minutes to several different metro stations. The staff answers quickly through email/whatsapp but I would recommend ensuring communication beforehand as there’s no reception. It was no AC in the rooms but a portable fan (which is difficult to have in two rooms simultaneously), you can’t have open windows due to the street below having hectic life at night (noisy and smoke). They do not clean, change towels or toilet paper unless you ask. The vending machine was broken for our full stay. Lots of trash on the streets, multicultural neighborhood and friendly shop owners.

The first stairs were killers with suitcases.. Alleluia fr the elevator Even though only fr one person.. But our problem was with the outlets . Only one type of adapter plugs worked on the outlets .. Can u look into it ?

Great location. Close to metropolitan and bus stations. Also has a lot of great restaurants options around , even in the same building. Could be a little loud at night , but you can close windows with electric shutters. Room is small, but we were there only for shower and sleep. Room has small kitchen! Great stay!

Nice apartment, clean and very helpful staff. Good value. One level of stairs to get to lift and no air conditioning were only negatives.

Amazing little place.

This was a perfect location for where I needed to be in Paris. And only 15 minutes from gate du nord. A lovely safe area. With lots of shops. Cafe and an amazing pizza place next door. The check in was very easy. The room much better than expected. The comfort and standard “like home” And 24 help via what’s app when required. I will be back.

Beware: There is no reception. The management will email you the day before (for us, while we were midair) for your phone number to text you entry info. The stairwell is filthy. The apartment was (mostly) clean. There was a nice rotating fan which made the nights tolerable. There was a lot of noise from the "shaft" and the street businesses. I cannot recommend this location.

Truly disappointed and feel gaslit

The heating didn't work, even when on the maximum setting, yet I was assured by them that it was working and they could give me a blanket if I was cold. (Why would I need a blanket if the heat was working??). I suffer from rhinitus so the cold air is painful for my sinuses. Terrible night sleeps the whole time. They could also not provide a portable heater nor source one for me, they refused. This is in winter I might add. . Shower facility was good and hot though slightly snug fit if you're a bigger individual, no lights directly in the shower, I would recommend. Not a clean room though, lots of hairs in the bed, floor, sofa and on the spare duvet. The floor was grubby dirty and you could tell more by looking at the soles of your feet after a clean shower. One of the bedroom side lights was flickering. Not a double/queen bed! 2 single beds pushed together with a larger sheet covering and duvet, disappointed and not what I paid for. The booking said it was soundproof, not the case as I could clearly hear the outside main road and pedestrians, even with the window doors fully latched closed. Diluted washing up liquid. Rooms are definitely not sound proof, there was a sports match on Tuesday night which kept me awake with the people in the bar opposite being rowdy. Also, maintenance work is being done underneath the apartments which the construction work can be clearly heard in all rooms, banging of tool work etc for hours. There was no notice that construction work was due.

Quartier multi-ethnique donc plus abordable pour Paris. Au rez-de-chaussé il y a le café des sports, l'accueil y est sympathique et les prix sont moins chers ( la bière 50 cl a 3,50€).

It is such a very good experience to stay at the place. The owner always send me information before one day I arrived. In addition, there are lots of restaurants can be choose nearby. There are supermarkets downstairs also. There are buses and metros nearby as well. I have a great place to stay here and sure will always be my first choice to choose

Très bonne prestation, dommage pour le bruit!

L’emplacement était parfait pour moi. Chambre très propre. Communication excellente.. Malheureusement il y avait une fête en dessous de l’immeuble qui a duré très tard. Pour améliorer le couchage il faudrait peut être bloquer les lits à une place pour qu’ils ne bougent pas. Bonne adresse tout de même. Je retiens.

Wir hatten ein Appartement in der 5. Etage als Familie mit 2 Kindern. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktional, der Ausblick über Paris war fantastisch, die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet, es fehlt nur ein Geschirrspüler. Die Lage ist zwar sehr verkehrsgünstig, dadurch aber auch recht laut. Ohne Ohrstöpsel hätte ich nicht schlafen können, selbst in der 5. Etage. Der Fahrstuhl hat für uns inkl. Gepäck nicht ausgereicht, so dass einer laufen mußte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell und unkompliziert, im Automaten im Eingangsbereich gibt es Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine.
