Great place to stay, in a fantastic location. Rooms and communal areas were immaculately clean, and the inside/ outside pool worked really well (retractable roof remained closed during our stay). Breakfast nice too.

Everything was great, no issues. The gym is however comically small. Only a few cardio machines. Zero free weights/weight machines. Would be nice to throw in a DB rack or kettlebell just to have something.

Very nice pool and surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and well set out and the balcony was large with 2 sunbeds. It's in a good location and staff were friendly and helpful. One small piece of feedback, it would be nice if there was an ice cube tray in the freezer.

I have stopped at the Lakeside around 6 times previously and always enjoyed it. The location is great however I stayed in apartment 42 and I feel it was very tired and in need of updating. There was no tv on the wall in the main bedroom and the bathroom vanity needs replacing due to wear over the years. The bathroom was clean but s separate shower would have been better instead of a shower over the bath. The apartment had an ant infestation in the bedroom and bathroom, I did report this to reception and they did treat the issue but it was back again the following day.

The apartment was very clean the clean girls did a very good job every day. We will recommend the place to anybody. Don’t forget the girls in the office where very helpful on any questions or giving tip’s about places to visit.

Nice resort close to golf courses. Apartment was good with kitchen, balcony and separate bedroom. Sadly the bed was very firm and my wife actually slept on one of the couches both nights.

Brilliant stay !

It was exactly want we were looking for, a quiet,relaxing holiday! The apartment was for 4 people and it was absolutely perfect , highly recommend, it had everything we required and more ,we were all very impressed . The apartments are well situated and within walking distance to quite a few beautiful restaurants and Quinta shopping mall ! It also had an excellent restaurant called Chez Jorge on site , again highly recommend ! Will definitely return !

Good location and spacious apartment. The property is well situated, and the apartment size was comfortable for a longer stay. However, the equipment and facilities are outdated and need renovation. The TV was so old that I did not use it at all, as it did not even support YouTube or modern streaming services. The coffee machine could only make espresso. The air conditioning was noisy and not powerful enough during warm weather. The balcony door/window was broken and could not be properly closed during my stay. Breakfast was also very limited and below expectations. Overall, I was satisfied with the location and apartment size, but the property would benefit significantly from updating the equipment and improving maintenance.

We loved our stay

Excellent clean apartment in nice complex. Lovely indoor pool area which was practically private. Free breakfast which was very good and a nice addition (special mention to Patricia who hosted the breakfast each morning, she was fabulous and my children loved her). All staff very friendly. Only minor improvements would be the ability to use the parking spaces directly in front of the apartment which would make Things slightly easier for lifting sleeping babies out of the car and into bed.

Room not ready for check in time and staff refused to resolve. Had to wait with children for some time before staff agreed to give us a different room so we could check in. Other than that inflexibility and inconvenience, our stay was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Would stay again.
