The property was nice. It was quiet and had nice amenities. The apartment seemed a little run down though and i wish it would have been within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. But overall i had a great experience and the owners response was amazing if i had any issues. I would definitely go back again.

Clean, comfortable well furnished, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, etc. Only difficulty was parking to check in. Also, a map of the building including access doors, floor layout and elevators would have been extremely helpful.

Will stay again

It is a really nice, secure place to stay. A little challenging to get access to the physical property at first as this is a virtual desk service. However, once acclimated, it’s terrific.The amentites here are top notch. Location is fantastic. Parking garage is safe and secure. Highly recommend.

The hotel was located in a residential area, making it quiet and comfortable, just like being at home. The check-in and check-out process was automated, which made it convenient and efficient. It helped my family create wonderful memories in Charlotte.

The online check in process is a little complicated for old folks like us, but they gave us very good directions and if you follow the directions step by step, it works. Once in the door, it was an A all the way. Not one bad thing to say about this property. Everything was good and we would stay there again.

We like the work out room and the was hire and dryer convenience. Unfortunately, there was no hot tub because the water was too cold to get into. The room was nice, but the paint job was messy and spotty. The toilet did not flush very well. We had to push down really hard to flush it. Maybe have a drop off box inside the garage area so we don’t have to bring the fab and garage pass down and then have to bring it back upon the room to check out. Just suggestions for future. Thank you.

Best deal in Charlotte

Wonderful stay - great communication and easy check in and check out. We loved the kitchen and the shower was huge. Beautiful property that would be better in the summer so we could use the pool/outside area. Very safe and friendly place.

I liked that it was safe, Clean and convienent. I didn’t like that there were so many instructions to get checked in and checking out was difficult when someone had the elevator locked out so my wife and I had trouble trying to figure out how to get to B2 parking. A map of the property would have made navigating inside easier.

Truly felt like locals staying in this apartment. It was so nice to have our own private space - kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. The check in process was seamless even though there is no one on-site. Kasa sent very detailed instructions via email. The location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed walking along the path by the creek and trying some local restaurants. Already looking forward to our next visit!
