Very clean and safe area. room was clean, bathroom/shower small. Bedframe squeak's when you move around in the bed. Overall, great location for subway, 5 minute walk.

Cool tiny little place. Literally the size of a bedroom, but fantastic. Historic brownstone that does the job. Easy in and out, cool bar named Anchovies within a block. Bluebike station right out front makes it easy to traverse the city.

Very pleased with this property! It was such a good find! The apartment was clean and in a really convenient area, buses pulling up just across the road and a train station literally 5 minutes away. Lots to do surrounding the property, restaurants, shopping. I highly recommend!

Close enough to everything to be convenient but far enough for the area to be quiet. The furniture/amenities/kitchenware adequate for stay and all functional. Can hear neighbours that share walls so some better soundproofing would improve guest experience.

It was so easy to contact Maverick suites and they prompt to address questions and concerns. Our suite was on the 3rd floor so it is important to be able to navigate stairs. We did have issues with the wifi but they helped us out. We loved the area! It was so convenient for transportation around the city and getting to the airport. We actually could walk downtown.

This is a great place to stay in Boston for a few days. Very clean. Maid service was extra so were extra towels or linens. My friend was cold and there were no extra blankets. On the good side, it was very walkable with the subway only a block away and it took us everywhere, even Salem.a lot of good restaurants nearby as well

They save money by having no on site staff or front desk, where does this savings go? Check in info is sent 24 before check in but if you need a room last minute it required multiple phone calls. Also was thst chocolate or blood on the floor by the couch, size shape looks like chocolate but ..

The overall experience was average. Unfortunately there was a domestic incident in the building at 2:00am that drew the Boston Police in. We did not feel safe and had an uncomfortable and triggering experience. Barely slept the time we were here due to the high level of noise and disturbance.

Great location. Lovely, quiet historic neighborhood that was very close to busy sights of interest. Good communication from the management service. It is in a townhome so you may need to walk up a few flights to get to your apartment which wasn’t an issue for me but may be for others. Furniture and rooms were clean and in good condition. My only concerns have to do with the property conditions. The stairs are uneven and slope in some places (these are historic homes!). The bathroom had holes in the wall where previous toilet and towel bars were, but replaced with differently sized bars; the holes hadn’t been patched or painted.

No elevator, stairs are sagging uncomfortably toward outside railing. I did not feel safe. Cleaning staff insisted on gaining entry 9am to drop off small ironing board. I worked night shift, forced out of bed and answered door half dressed. Staff I let in so they could go to the closet and put down ironing board.

Excellent location, easy for walking to nearby shopping, groceries, pharmacy. Subway nearby. It's in a beautiful neighborhood. One thing to keep in mind is that the floors and walls are nowhere near soundproof. The fire exit in my unit is a door into the next unit so you can hear every sound from that unit, even just average sound level conversation. Footsteps and voices are also audible from the unit above me. I will definitely be going back but next time will bring either a sound machine or earplugs for sleeping.

Loved everything except moldy shower.

Overall, we did enjoy our stay here. First and foremost, this place was overall pretty clean but there was what appeared to be black mold growing along the inner edge of the shower. This is extremely concerning and I hope it is addressed before new travelers come in. Otherwise, the location is amazing. It was very central to all the spots (back bay, north end, fenway, etc.) so you're walking distance from basically anything. It was a cozy little spot, but the bathroom was a little too cozy for comfort. Not a major deal breaking point. Overall, it was a really great stay!!
