Loved the Aspens, 2nd time staying here. Looked like the kitchen and bathroom were renovated. The mattress in the bedroom felt worn and too soft in some spots so not very comfortable. Overall the condo was clean and had all kitchen items but needs a few more plates and a bbq.

Hot tubs were great this time of year. Easy walking distance to the village. Only issue was cleaning, we found a toenail on the carpet and the shower water was brown when first turned shower on, had to let it run for a few minutes before it went clear.

We traveled from Ottawa with our 2 kids. Really nice property. We could walk to everything. Heated pool and tonsnof hot tubs were so nice esp for the kids. Basically a move in ready condo while on vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the easy walk via trails into the village and the balcony overlooking the forest. Were initially concerned about the unexpected $25 per day charge for parking but then discovered there is free parking along the road (except in the winter). Also the unit could use a new sofa bed - it was way past its expiry date!

At check-in we were told an email had been sent with room number and door code. No email arrived. The person behind the desk had no record and had to call property management for the information. The code we were eventually given was wrong so we had to go back to the front desk. She called again and got the proper code. We didn't need that after a long day of travel to get there.

Location

Excellent location to the base of Blackcomb which felt like being in the middle of the forest. It was very peaceful and quiet. The pool facilities are very nice with numerous hot tubs.

Was average. Asked Vacasa staff for a few things and the response was a quick no to all. Sofabed was terrible - we are still having back pain a week later. Better be checked on on time and the cleaning crew was knocking at the door 10 mins before check out time. Very average stay. Vacasa poor.

Condo was nice and clean. Exactly what we needed it for with our kiddos. Both washrooms worked well. Stocked with extra towels and toiletries. Pool area was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

I called the resort contact number and was told by them that each unit had a bbq. We packed accordingly and no bbq on site. Unit is described as deluxe which makes me wonder what a basic is. No AC in unit, and photos of unit description show a large, flat screen TV, however, the TV in the living room was the size of a computer monitor. Unit is very dated and overpriced for what you get. Many other options in other buildings of similar price for the same dates of stay would have provided a better vacation. We left a day early as didn’t plan on paying for another meal out. Disappointed overall in property. “The view” advertised, is of the parking circle out front which sums up this unit. Pool chairs were all taken by 10am also
