Excellent, Clean location. Close to site seeing. Many restaurants to choose from. Everything was within walking distance. Make sure no heels. Giulia was fantastic. She arranged our transportation to and from Hi Suite Rome. Mike was our original contact who made sure we had all we needed before arriving. We would definitely book here again. They made themselves available should you need anything during your stay. Thank you Giulia and Mike.

Great Stay

Our stay was very nice. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Staff was great and helped with getting transfers from the train station and to the airport. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We recently spent 9 wonderful days at Hisuite in Italy, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the city with ease while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of each day. The suite was beautifully designed modern, stylish, and spotless, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. After such a fantastic experience, we can confidently say we’ll be returning to Hisuite on our next visit to Italy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality, worry-free stay

I seldom give reviews but we are so happy with our stay that it deserves to be recognized. We are a family of 5, all adults. We stayed at apartment 16A, it was spacious enough and had everything we need, microwave included and 2 newly renovated clean bathrooms, the basement shower did not have a door which we did not mind, but had a separate toilet with a door and exhaust fan which was great. The main floor had a double sofa bed. The bedroom upstairs had a separate bathroom. We were ok that it did not have doors to separate rooms because it’s in different levels. They have provided a patio seating we can use in case we wanted to sit outside for dining as Italians do. It has a full functional kitchen as described online, which is always a plus. I liked how warmly we were welcomed, Giulia gave us enough information on restaurants, map out places, so it was easy to navigate where we want to go. It was easy to request for things you need via whatsapp chat as they are not onsite 24/7. We met Mike too who was so helpful when we needed more coffee, the espresso/coffee maker was a must need we look for when looking for hotels,although there is also a nearby restaurant you can get good coffee and breakfast. This property deserves a 10/10 in all aspects. Will definitely stay here and recommend to family amd friend!

Family vacation

The location was excellent - within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and major attractions, and conveniently close to a taxi stand. The apartment was spacious for four people, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. The hosting team connected us with a local travel agent who arranged private city tours and made dinner reservations at fantastic restaurants. We truly had a wonderful stay!

There is no parking spot. Room is big but a little bit old. WiFi doesn’t work very well. Upstairs hot water doesn’t work all the time. Basement room is a little bit wet and smelly. Cleaning requires additional fee. But the location is good and convenient. You can go to anywhere by walking.

The location is excellent and the staffs were great. First of all, the location is central to all major attractions and with tons of dining options. Everything is within 30 mins walk. Second the area is very safe and surprisingly quiet at night, even though there are lot of restaurants nearby. Third Laura and the team are super accommodating. They offered airport/cruise terminal transportation service. They also allowed us to check out at a later time. Last but not the least, the AC unit in the room was better than many 4-star hotels.

We highly recommend HiSuiteROME. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and well appointed with excellent air conditioning and wifi. The neighborhood is lovely. There is a restaurant next door, FICO, for coffee and the staff there are also friendly and helpful. There is an elevator for guest use which is helpful for luggage. The hotel location is highly walkable to many attractions and there are many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. We had an excellent experience.
