It was nothing fancy, but the staff was super friendly, the condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I’d definitely stay again.

Lexi and the young man that worked the check-in and info desk were great. Large 2 bedroom apartment with a full living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. We only used the beach and the beachside concession stand.

Although the property is comfortable with the Rooms or Apartments being great for families or groups, spacious and convenient. Please confirm before booking if the pool and hot tub are functional since the remodel of the building, or whatever excuse they may not be working. (Which it’s inconvenient if you are counting in those amenities during your vacation)

We stayed 7 nights. We were so comfortable, it was like being at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed as far as utensils, toaster, microwave plates, cups, bowls ect. The beds were comfortable, and there were extra blankets in the closet if needed. It was extremely clean. The view from the beach, and having the sliding doors open all night sleeping to the sound of the ocean crashing on the shore was so soothing. Everything was perfect, and I can't wait to go back! The pools was heated to a perfect temperature. The only downfall was the hot tub not working, but the pool being so warm made up for that! All in all it was money well spent.

Very nice

Was not disappointed with the establishment the staff were very nice the room was clean and pleasant plus you cannot beat the ocean view and being right on the beach. The area is is not overcrowded but close to what you might need . Will definitely stay again.

Highly recommend

This was an amazing property! They supplied everything we needed. It was great for our family vacation. Close enough to restaurants and shopping but not in the hustle and bustle. We will be looking to book here again the next time we are in PCB!

The room layout is great, the facilities are a bit old, but everything is well prepared. I found a cockroach and the mattress made a loud noise when I turned over.

Very clean

We had a 1 bedroom reservation. I didnt know they had stairs in the room. It really sux for a older couple. Our room was very clean. I never saw any bugs at all in our room. Bed was great. Appliances in room need updated, ice maker didnt work, toilet leaked at bottom, stove front eye didnt work and dryer would not stop to get clothes out.

Parking is a nightmare. But they were working on property which caused the problem. Otherwise beautiful, relaxing vacation. Office staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s not worth it

Poor front desk communication. I was given 2 different information by 2 different people at front desk. The room is nice and the view is beautiful but the room was not clean. The area close to the elevators has a trash can and it is disgusting. That area smells like fish and urine. Never coming back.

Cat Palace 😟

Absolutely a great location and access to the beach the room and especially the bad was amazing front desk at check-in departure was pleasant and helpful, what I don't understand is how the place is allowed to be ran over by cats! The cats were at our door every morning we couldn't even relax on our patio it was just horrible! Every time we would set out on the patio they would run around they would even go to the bathroom on the patio I've never seen anything like it at a place that is seemingly as nice as this!
