The parking is a game of chance. Only goes up to 6th floor, then have to park across street. We were on 6th floor, but we had to cut our night time activities, so as to get back early, just to find a parking spot. Our door was hard to open and shut.Other than that, it was a typical stay.

My sisters and myself brought our mother who has dementia and in a wheelchair to this condo which wasn't cleaned very well the doors have in every room has some sort of hand prints of food or just plain dirty and the door in bathroom has hair under it in big wads and the garage was to full to even park and I had to park across the street every time we went out for dinner there's no handicap ramp to access the ocean we had to go around the building .. This has been the worst place in Myrtle Beach I have stayed in ..

This was not a good experience for my family and I. I had several complaints and none of my needs were met or accommodated due to me booking through hotels.com. I was told that if I would have booked directly through the resort they could have addressed the concerns I had. Will not be returning. Will not recommend to anyone else

Our stay

Our stay was good with the exception no one ever answers the front desk phone and we couldn’t get in touch with housekeeping for towels so we had to make multiple trips across the street! On our 3rd day the hotel key wasn’t allowing us access to our room, I went to the front desk and the lady was giving me a hard time.

I stayed here July 14th-15th, got an early check in which was great. Hotel seemed cleaned, the door was very difficult to openbut then we noticed cockroaches in the room later that evening. I tried calling the hotel that evening and no one answered. When I went to check out there was a line of people so I handed in the room key and then showed the lady at the front desk a picture of the cockroaches on my phone, she said she would give me a call once she wasn’t busy. I waited and waited and never heard anything back. I called back earlier this week and spoke with someone from HR or accounting to see if I could get put through to the office. The man I spoke with that he would let them know and they would be giving me a call back and I have yet to hear from them.

Not very happy with our complete stay. Found cockroaches at our door, the rooms were not as pictures. Felt a little unsafe in our surroundings and with all that we experienced it was way overpriced for what we got. Check in associates were very kind and nice, but didnt make up for our stay. Wouldnt reccommend.

Amazing View and Clean room.

We had a wonderful four nights here. Staff were super friendly. We were given a free upgrade to a much larger oceanfront room. Room was very nice and clean! View was amazing. Getting to the pool and beach was a short walk. We will definitely stay here again.

10/10 Resort

We went down for 5 days and im so glad i chose this resort. The front desk workers were AMAZING!!!It was clean. The room looked wonderful and was very comfortable. It had a kitchenette that was very functional. It was not right on the strip (about 18min drive away) so it was very calm and quiet. I would definitely stay here again 10/10 expirence.

Pay Attention to reviews

I don't like writing bad reviews, but here we go. The room had roaches and hair in the bathroom. The space was cramped. Hair was in the freezer. The pull-out sofa was dirty and the sheets for it were dirty. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and found us another room. That room was a lot better. Pools were dirty. I had to get the net and clean the pool out. The chairs were nasty, and we had to wash them off to use them. No smoke detectors. The pictures they post are false advertising. Parking sucks

Mistake in the first room we were given was fixed right away. Parking in the main building was horrible. Overflow parking across the street. Elevator seemed only one was working the first night. Always something wrong in the laundry room but responded right away with signs and returned money. Laundry had to been done the last night due to roach infestation both adult and baby roaches. We were not taking a chance bringing them home. There were roaches seen each night. Only good thing about the stay was the pool water activities for our child and access to the beach. Only real reason for booking the hotel in the first place was the pool. Also the pool was shut down the first day unable to use. Signs on each stairway would be better than just one or two so not to use when closed for maintenance. Didnt get 5 star for communication only because unable to reach front desk at times. Always seemed busy even checking in late night. Front desk also had no change for laundry when asked.

Weekend trip

The mattress and pillows were comfortable. But the bathroom was not clean. There was a loud noise coming from the showerhead, and it sounded like it was going to bust from the wall.The balcony was dirty. The balcony floor was covered with water. I went to the hotel check in desk, and spoke with the representative, and I told them about the showerhead, and she was very nice and moved us to another room that was nicer.

St. John’s Inn Stay

Not a great stay other than the pool at St. John’s Inn. The first night we stayed in a room with a dirty bathroom floor and the water in the tub did not stop running. When the tv went out, I went to the office and they moved us to another room for our second night through the end of our stay. The second room was cleaner but had small roaches and the coffee machine or the stovetop worked. I told the front desk and they never came to replace or fix the coffee machine and stove. Michael at the front desk did give us complimentary breakfast vouchers for having to move rooms and extended our checkout time to 2 pm for free. The pool was nice and clean which was about the only good thing about this stay. It was nicely located to the beach as well but overall Do not recommend.
