very good hotel. Very impressed with the quickness of service when we had issues with the room. The only down side was that for a room with a small kitchen, there were very few utensils to cook with.

Good clean simple room. The last guest’s toothbrush was left in the shower but other than that it was all clear and clean. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower.

This property is in a great location for access to events at Homebush Olympic Park and the general Parramatta area. With the train station so close it could even be a good spot to explore other areas

The room was good and beds comfortable. Many places in close proximity for dinner. The one issue I had was reception was left unattended after 10:00pm and there was no vending facilities to buy a bottle of water. Other than overall a good experience!

Staff were excellent! room was not how it looked on the pictures and we were not aware of the restaurant and bar being closed over the weekend, the parking was confusing and there was absolutely no information pack or booklet in the room to tell us how to use the shower or how to check out, the phone in the room also did not work.
