Nice property on a cove. We were only here one night but the place was clean and had everything needed for a longer stay. Enjoyed the gentle rocking at bedtime.

My family and I LOVED our stay here! The aqua lodges were super clean, the staff was awesome, and the views were great! We enjoyed having our breakfast on the deck watching the sea life (manatees daily) and ending our days in that same place enjoying time together! Will definitely be back!

Pictures are deceiving. Much smaller than expected. Bathrooms need major upgrade . The couches were stained and kitchen old and cabinets were peeling. The bed upstairs was unmade and the linen on the bed that was made didn’t look clean

Amazing experience on a fully equipped houseboat. The unit was clean, spacious and comfy bed. The deck overlooked the water where fish, manatees and birds were plentiful. The staff was warm and welcoming and the neighbors around us were friendly! Perfect location to explore the area. Will definitely come back again.

I booked this property to experience something unique it was a house boat in a local marina. It was a local area and you could say the property was a work in progress, it had the house boats, boat rentals and per the write up a lodge which we didn’t see. When we arrived our boat was supposed to be ready but there must have been a miscommunication it was taken care of right away and everything went well the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and time at the property it was within walking distance to resturant and driving distance to our booked cat boat tour.

The visit by the barnacled manatee was a highlight. Water in the fridge and basic supplies for morning coffee would have been greatly appreciated given that none were available for purchase on site. The condition of the check-in area was off-putting, although the houseboat itself was clean.

A wonderful experience! Loved the unique accommodations - staying on the water was very relaxing,comfortable and clean. We even got to see the manatees right outside our door. We will definitely recommend to our friends and we will be back soon!

Unique and quiet little spot! The house boat experience is worth it. It was clean and efficient. Nighttime views were stellar! The main space to check in is nostalgic; Dallas and his staff are super nice and friendly.

It was perfect for our family. The only thing is that we never found the 4th bed for my daughter. It was around 9pm and since the office was closed, we were not able to get help. My daughter ended up sleeping with us.

Staying on the Aqua Lodge was fantastic! We sat on the back deck facing water and enjoyed seeing all the wildlife,fish, manatees. You could fish right off the lodge if you wanted to. Dallas and his team were awesome hosts. Dallas was very helpful in letting us know what was cool to do in the area along with recommending places to eat and see. Loved his stories of the area too! It was peaceful, relaxing and we enjoyed ourselves very much. If you are looking for a unique place to stay I would definately recommend Treasure Harbor

Our houseboat was infested with a severe cockroach problem. My fiancé grabbed a sponge, and smaller cockroaches started crawling all over his hand. Sitting on the couch, we could see them coming up from every crack. They crawled all over the walls, counters, and even came out of the AC units. We paid about a grand to stay there, but we didn’t even get a single night’s stay because of this. We had to find a new hotel at night. This is a complete health hazard, and no one should stay here. They should be shut down until this problem is solved. When we called, the girl laughed at us. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don’t stay here! After waiting for my refund, which hasn’t come yet (it’s been two weeks), I’d like a refund for the stay and reimbursement for the last-minute hotel stay. I should also receive more due to all the food we bought to stay in the boat and had to throw away afterward. Talk about over a grand wasted because of this.

Floating roach boat

I was looking forward to staying on a house boat for 4 nights. We were assigned Blackbeard hideout. However as soon as we arrived I knew it was not going to be good. The floors were not swept thus not even mopped. The stove had pasta sauce on it as well as the back splash. Opened a kitchen drawer and a roach ran. Not much silverware to use. Washed what we used before using. Water pressure was very low, hard to take a shower and get all the soap off and shampoo out of your hair. I had to fix the toilet seat before using it since it was so loose it swivelled. This could all be overlooked. But when we started to deal with German roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. That is why this review is not good. We bought bug spray which did not help much. My husband killed one crawling on his arm while in bed. We were the 3rd boat from the end in front of the pool that we could not use because it was just built. There was a mess around the outside of the pool we had to walk through to get to our car. The boat to the left was getting renovated, which we were not told about. It was noisy at times. The boat was also longer than ours so we could not see past it to enjoy the inlet view while sitting on the lanai. The boats are very close so sitting on the lanai was not peaceful while other people were on theirs talking or cursing. Upon check out, we told the owner/manager of the roaches. She said Orkan came 2x a month. I told We were not compensated at all. We will never stay here again.
