The room we stayed in was very good and the area the place is in is really convenient to the nearby places to see. The breakfast options were very limited especially for vegetarians - there were no options for cooked breakfast and when asked if there was anything they can do to provide us with something, we were told to have cereal and toast and no efforts were made to accommodate our dietary requirements. I’d pay for the room again but not for breakfast.

Had a lovely time staying at the hotel! It’s really central with a lot of restaurants, bars and other attractions close by. Would definitely recommend it!

A big nice suite in the middle of Bucharest. The position is very very good. However, it lacks clean luster, and the personnel is not the friendliest you could find. We found several dirty glasses cups and plates. They charge you for every detail, didn’t fill in coffee or water. And it’s extremely expensive for what you get.

Excellent stay here. Slight hitch with the online check in but easily and quickly sorted. The apartments are in an excellent location. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful - especially the lads in La Lup at breakfast. The breakfast menu was great, included a cooked dish plus buffet, toast and coffee. The room was quite small but perfectly adequate, nice bathroom and comfy bed. It was very clean. The pool was nice, I found it clean and tidy. The whole building was clean and lovely. Great location too. I would highly recommend

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Bucharest. It takes around 5 minutes to Old Town, and the main bus hub at the University is a similar distance. Also only a few minutes away from the wonderful umbrella street. Check in was amazing, we received the access code (allows entry to the building plus room, instead of a key) 24 hours before check in day. The staff on site are very friendly, and always happy to give advice on where to go. 5* experience for my partner and I, we will definitely be coming back

Good location for sightseeing as well as coffee, dinner and drinks. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and has good water pressure. The communication with the hotel is nearly nonexistent. The cleanliness needs work. The spa area is a disgrace. For a quite nights sleep you might want to pack some earplugs… If your neighbors have a party or a quiet chat you will partake. We won‘t be staying again.

Close to all of the attractions of Old Town

Right in the heart of Bucharest with all the action and festivities at your doorstep, who could ask for anything more? Well I did for early check-in and finally a response came for 91ron but there was no way to respond to their offer by direct email or the link they provided. Someone should check on the IT of things. However overall a great stay

Cut cost where it shouldn't

Pros: Great location, everything is new. Nice lounge area. The room was very clean. Cons: We couldn't check in earlier even tough there were plenty apartments, and one was definitely ready for guests. I did not recieve the check in instruction at 15:00, i called at 15:30 waited 10 min in the line, and i checked in at 16:00. There is no customer support in romanian!!! What is this?? For the whole week we couldn't use the pool. They clean the room once a week, that is when they change the towels too. We asked after 4 nights the cleaning lady if she can change them, she couldn't. 2 coffee pods for 2 person for 6 nights..... Breakfast a little bit overpriced(60 RON per person) Well, i guess that is what you get for the price. In the future i will definitely choose a hotel.

Bellow expectations and basic standards

Well Located in the center of the city, the room has all of the facilities, the spa is challenging when you have a busy day, but: 1. Check out is very early (10.00) in the morning. 2. If you stay more than one night, cleaning services and new/clean towels are offered under extra payment! 3. Breakfast is below expectations. Very poor variety (no juice offered for example), and many more basic things were missing). Supposed to have an extra choice of a specific menu (between 4-5 varieties) but when you ask for example avocanto, there is a lack of this product (...), etc, etc. At least there are many other options around the venue, so better book room only option. 4. Check in process is rather conflicted, in case that you are not computer friendly. You have to send in advance your passport or ID, but when there is a roaming option, this might cause some issues.. 5. Spa is below standards. Even if there is reception , nobody is there to control who is entering.. You can pass across the venue and you can enter and go down to the spa easily, without any control! Poor cleaning standards (for example 08:12 in the morning and there were no clean towels at all, dirty locker rooms, used towels were left around the spa from the previous day (....) even supposed that it starts from 07:00 in the morning.

Great Stay at great hotel

Very centrally located. Great rooms and great view. Very clean and with a lot of extras. The hotel was offering in the price the usage of washing machine + dryer.
