Don't do it

Not the greatest. I got push back for needing an extra towel even though I booked for three guests. I told her that I booked three and she didn't believe me. After she fact checked me, she finally sent the towel THE NEXT DAY. The power went out for 24 hours, spoiling all of our food and making it a very uncomfortable stay in the heat and and in the dark. It wasn't an island outage, it was something on the property. Some one finally came to fix it as we were leaving to go to another hotel. Communication was poor. They did not answer any of their after hours numbers during the entire stay. The stairs to get to our room were unsafe. They are steep and small in width with a very unstable handrail. We will not stay here again.

The property is about 10 to 15 minutes away from the San Juan IntL Airport, and about 15 to 20 minutes away from Old San Juan. The neighborhood around the property is sketchy. There is a house across from the property, and down 2 houses that for some reason has bird noises 24/7 that would not really allow one to sleep thoroughly. Had a 3-night stay at the property and unfortunately the last night had a power outage that started around 2 pm from what i hear, and as far as i know power was still out the next day at 10:30 am.

Bathroom: The water pressure is terrible and it took me about an hour just for my hair to get soaked after washing. Something that is on the shower head is also connected to an outlet (SAFETY HAZARD). There was a mini leak in the bathroom and have no clue where it came from. A LOT OF MOTHS Bedroom: Upon arrival the blanket originally set out for us smelled like it was washed and was just sprayed with fabric softener. The pillows were really nice and the bed was super comfortable. After 4/5 days, there was a link in the bedroom as well which was coming out of the wall. ALOT OF MOTHS Kitchen/Living Room: This part was pretty decent and had lots of room. There was even a couch that flattened out to be a bed. If you are okay with ANTS then this should be fine. I had to buy bug spray. Also, the dishes that were there to use were filthy. Miscellaneous: POWER OUTAGE THAT HAPPENS OFTEN. I texted the owner and they dont respond to anything until the next day. Overall: I rate this play 2.5/5. Only come here if you’re coming in and out all the time.

Overall, the property was okay. The owners were very responsive and did their best to help us with any issues that arose. However, we encountered several problems during our stay. There were bugs in the glassware, the showers were ice cold with very little water pressure, and the lock broke halfway through our trip, among other concerns. While the owners were helpful in addressing these issues, they did impact our experience. Thankfully, we weren’t at the property much, so these problems weren’t a huge disruption, but they’re still worth noting for future guests.

Es tremenda propiedad, buen alojamiento, tranquilo, seguro. Deben revisar el agua caliente, está totalmente descontrolada, eso es peligroso. UNA SUGERENCIA, poner una Air fryer para cocinar un salmón, un pescado o algo rápido. También la ventana de la habitación deja entrar la luz, deben ser más oscuras. DESPUÉS, todo genial.

Clean inside, very quiet, and easy access to the apartment. Our overall stay was good near shopping centers and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if i come back to San Juan

Muy limpio el apartamento, pero terrible comunicación traté de comunicarme desde el primer día que ingresé a mi reservación y no tuve ninguna respuesta llame a los dos teléfonos que tenían en caso de emergencia y salía apagado y el buzón de mensajes lleno, mandé un email de la situación del aire que no prendía y nunca me resolvieron el problema. Deberían tener un abanico en casa de que el aire no funcione. El agua caliente no funciona al menos que apagues la luz del baño y no sale ni presión de agua. Uno se tiene que bañar a oscuras.
