Good place to stay. Not far from beachfront and easy to get taxi around. Staff friendly and responsive desk open 24 hours. Would recommend.

The property was really nice and although Santa Ponca is a commercial resort it had a nice vibe to it, great beach and accessible to explore other areas. The view was lovely from the balcony and pool was great. There are lots of steps up to the complex from the town/beach which was ok for our family but some might find this a problem. We would definitely recommend this to others and return for another stay.

Overall a fantastic stay. Hotel staff and the people at the bar was awesome and helpful. The rooms with the view over the sea was fantastic and yes there is a lot of stairs to get down/up when going to the city/beach but we knew that before arriving so not a problem. Nice down on earth hotel with everything you need to have a fantastic family vacation.

We stayed as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The staff were lovely and the pool always clean with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were basic but absolutely fine, the pillows a little hard but not a problem. We didn't have any accessibility issues and so the many steps leading to the shops and beach were not a problem, the exercise was probably needed! The strip is a bit touristy, lots of restaurants and we hired a boat on one day for €210 for four hours and it was fantastic! Snorkeling with the fish and sailing the sea! My children made some lovely friends and bought some beautiful clothes from the local shops. All in all, a wonderful family holiday we will treasure

Would never stay at this property again. We never got our deposit money back after being told we would and also the property was full of ants everyday. The coloured was at reception was nothing but rude. I would not recommend this to anybody. Worst stay of my life.

Very loud place. 2 nights bothered by drunk guests walking, banging doors and screaming in the corridors and 1 night by a huge party happening across the street. Apartments with no sound insulation at all, it looks like ppl are walking inside the apartment. Bed very uncomfortable. Fridge smelly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Club Apartments. Our apartment was well equipped and clean and we had a fantastic view over the bay from our balcony. Like a lot of hotels in Mallorca, the rooms would benefit from a bit of updating. The pool area is clean and tidy and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. A lot of reviews we read before visiting Vista Club Apartments mentioned "steps" and it's true there are a lot of steps to negotiate within the property (to get to the pool for example) and to get to the town (there is another way to get to town that doesn't involve steps which is slightly longer). For us, the steps didn't really bother us but for someone with mobility issues (maybe even those with prams or buggies) I think they would present a problem. Overall we enjoyed our holiday and would certainly return to Vista Club Apartments in future.

La vitrocerámica tarda mucho en ponerse en marcha, necesita cambiarla, al igual que la sartén pues se pega toda la carne que hagas. Las almohadas son insufribles, tuvimos que dormir todas las noches sin usarlas. Veo bien que cambien las toallas cada dos días al igual que la basura , pero estaría bien que en una estancia de una semana cambiaran las sábanas aunque sea una vez, ya que como todos sabemos en verano por la noches se suda en la cama. Y ya que entran en el apartamento pues que hicieran las camas y pasaran la escoba, aunque sea, como todos los apartamentos en los que hemos estado. La cama supletoria, que es el sofá, el colchón está destrozado, mi hija tuvo que dormir en la parte de arriba del sofá toda la semana. Tampoco entiendo por qué si dejo yo la nevera al número 5 para que enfríe toda mi comida, cuando volvamos me la encuentre al número 2. El aparcamiento ya sabíamos que era complicado por lo que pagamos el parquin privado y nos evitamos el estar dando vueltas. Se podría mejorar el horario de la piscina y del bar ya que a las seis de la tarde aún quedan varias horas de sol, para eso sería contratar socorristas y poder ampliar el horario. En resumen, estancia agradable pero mejorable.

The reception staff were excellent, they allowed us to leave bags with them until our next stay a week later. Helpful and informative. The rooms lack shampoo and basic food essentials in the kitchenette so you would have to buy them immediately on arrival. However there are restaurants, bars, and cafes and shops 5 minutes away. Set on a hill so we got a taxi back up around 4-5 euros.

Les matelas des lits sont comme des planches.Notre frigo à l arrivée qui ne fermait pas (changé rapidement suite à notre intervention). Les draps d un lit non changé. L appartement est spacieux mais mal insonorisé, les buits des voisins du dessus, dans les escaliers, etc...
