Andrea greeted us upon arrival and was great about coordinating our stay! the location and property were beyond impressive. better than staying in a hotel!!!! everything was clean, very stylish, very accommodating and the location is EVERYTHING! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING YOUR STAY HERE. we used 2 rooms and it was perfection. seriously, don't look at any other options.

Gorgeous property beautifully decorated, just steps from the Pile Gate, yet tucked away in a quiet location overlooking the sea. Meticulously clean and maintained, with special touches, such as waters, soft drinks and snacks available all day in the common area. Book in advance to get a room at this beautiful property. You will be so happy you did!

Everyone was beyond amazing— the staff friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond to make the guests feel comfortable. Andrea helped us with restaurant reservations and sent champagne and chocolates to the room on the day of the birthday celebration. The hotel itself is beyond clean and in the most amazing area of Dubrovnik. The views are breathtaking. An absolute must for anyone visiting the city

Beautiful recently renovated 6-room boutique hotel directly on an alcove of the Adriatic Sea. A 2 minute walk to the Pile Gate of the old city and the St Lawrence Castle. An ideal location. We had a room with a direct sea view which was fabulous. There was a large patio with a sitting area directly next to our room which was great. The 2 young women at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our time at Sea Rocks Residence and highly recommend it.

You cannot get a better location, very helpful staff, very nice rooms and amenities, we are so happy we chose this place compared to everywhere else. The perfect quiet spot, just outside of the hustle and bustle.

The best location, right outside the Pile gate, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Andrea is so sweet and professional, we were able to check out later which was greatly appreciated. The property is gorgeous with beautiful views. The 24 hour snack room for water etc is invaluable for travelers. Highly highly recommend, we hope to come back with our family. It was magical

Sea Rocks is amazing beyond words. We have been blessed to have stayed in great 5 star hotels over many years…we were blown away by this charmer! Sea Rocks thought of every need and want. There are not enough good words to say about Andrea and Sea Rocks, so I will just say we literally cannot wait to get back to Dubrovnik and Sea Rocks…would never think of staying anywhere else!

Fantastic place right at the edge of the old town. We have been at a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels and I can confidently say that this place is outstanding. Welcoming, great attention to detail and a quiet oasis only a minute away from the pile gate. Perfect 4-night stay! We will be back.

Everything about this property is stunning! Our room on the top level was very large and nicely furnished. The in-room cooler included complementary snacks and beverages. The location cannot be beat—literally next door to the city walls and walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. The outdoor common spaces overlook the water. This is the only property we will stay at in Dubrovnik!

Incredible stay. Perfect location for the Old City, quiet despite the tourist throngs nearby. Smartly appointed and immaculate rooms with a great bed and shower. Incredible private terraces overlooking the harbor near the Fort, but best of all was the hospitality of Sea Rocks Residence. Our host Andrea was friendly, helpful, and took pride in making sure her guests were satisfied. Great experience! Don't hesitate in booking. You won't be disappointed!

Design of this property was excellent. Beautiful and functional. Location was perfect for visiting the old town and for swimming. Our hostess Andrea was welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. A first rate property in every respect right down to the electronic locks, the free room minibar and the breakfast lounge. A bit of a splurge but worth it.
