Was lovely place to stay. Reception was friendly and helpful. Would stay again. All the facilities made life easy ie stove, microwave, washing machine, tv. Easy walk to Courtney place and all the restaurants etc. Bus stops right outside. Loved my stay and would stay again

With very low price I don't expect it will be so good. Good location, complete and working in-house amenities, clean sheets and towel, and they also clean the room daily. Although they don't have parking area, there are many parking options near the area. Totally recommended.

The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The shower could do with better pressure because could not have heat and pressure, only one or the other. Very clear instructions in accessing property after reception hours. Will certainly used again

Perfect location, comfortable stay

Wonderful stay in the most brilliant location! I’m an ex-Wellington local and didn’t even know about this gem. Yes, it’s obviously converted offices and I do wish there had been an ability to open a window, but these are minor flaws. Friendly staff with great communication. The mattresses are quite soft so be aware of that if that’s not your jam, but I slept like a baby! Kitchen was well equipped too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Modern apartment , great space , close to restos, comfortable bed . Helpful and friendly guy at the desk . I just would like to suggest option for earlier check in . We were allowed to leave our bags but the room we left our belongings seem like a dumping area for cleaning supplies and stuff and a picture of chaos .

The room was very noisy from the heating things on the roof probably. The lack of on site parking was a nuisance. Had to park elsewhere and pay. The building has signage on front of building say there is parking.

A lovely bright clean room with comfortable bed and excellent city views. All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The location is central and an easy walk to most popular places of interest, restaurants, cafes, theatre, the museum and water front. I loved that we could take our dogs and will definitely stay again. Super value considering all this and it's great location.

Manager was very helpful & accommodating with great communication. Unit was way to hot on arrival & thermostat didn't work correctly. Had a pet friendly room but this was on 2nd floor & the property had no where outside to take the dog to the toilet. Room was very clean & tidy. Disappointed that i was phoned regarding note & money that was left for reception, to be advised cleaning staff had only passed on the note without the money we had left with it. Luckily we had taken photos as proof that cash had been left.

Firstly, the staff were awesome, welcoming smiling and very helpful. The location of hotel was perfect and easy walking to Te Papa, waterfront, and public bus transport. We found a couple disappointing cleaning details, which we will make hotel aware of. However would certainly stay again. Especially if 3 of us, to have separate room each. Was fantastic.

Loved this property, BUT if you have any kind of nasal / allergy sensitivities beware the cleaning product they use can irritate. I lost 2 days thinking i was getting sick and staying in, only to find out i was allergic to the cleaning solutions. I wouldve changed hotels sooner :(
