This property is very well located in the city. Easy to get to either by walk or local transport. Check in/Out is very easy and low stress. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Perfect stay all round

Stayed in a deluxe apartment with balcony. The best place I have ever stayed. Exceptionally modern and clean. Easy to get in and out. Provided with all you need and more. 3 min walk from Tesco Expres. Very close to a tram stop too. Perfect stay all round would 100% recommend.

Good location. Within walking distance of everything you need: shops, metro, tram. Very cool staff. Always ready to help. The staff also speaks Russian, which made it easier to communicate.

Beautiful and large, open studio apartment with separate entry (close off with door) and bathroom. Clean, well stocked kitchen with dishes although we did not use. Pleasant minimalist decor in a beautiful building. Cherry on top is small balcony with table and chairs overlooking city. Only complaint is that the extra ‘twin bed’ was a small, not so comfortable cot for our son, although our King was wonderful!! Would also recommend clear directions for where and how to access entry door after hours (took us a bit to figure this out!) and maybe a luggage storage accessible 24 hours and self-serve?

Had a great stay for 4 days at this lovely, fresh and clean apartment,everything you need for a short break. Great staff, easy checkin and checkout. There was a bottle of bubbly in our room on arrival for my husbands birthday, nice touch. Would definately recommend!

Bad smell

The accommodation itself was fine, but our stay was completely ruined by a constant and overpowering smell of feces and rotten sewage that filled our room, clearly coming from the kitchen sink. It felt as if someone had defecated right there, and the stench persisted all day, every day. This seems to be due to the building’s outdated and broken drainage system. Because of this, I strongly advise anyone considering this place to choose a different accommodation. The smell, especially on the upper floors, is unbearable and will undoubtedly ruin your stay.

Prague stay

Amazing apartment, very modern and felt brand new! Very well equipped and clean. Comfy bed. Very well positioned about 15-20 minutes walk from Wenceslas square. The IP Pavlova metro stop and tram stop is literally a 2 minute walk away, aswell as places to eat and a Tesco express. Would definitely recommend.

We had requested for a quiet room & got one facing main road..next day got the room we wanted. Basic hygiene, cleanliness was missing. I got flea bites all over my body and am getting treated now. Improve on your house keeping services & this place is lovable otherwise will never ever book this. I am so upset to this end disaster to my trip.

A perfect stay in the heart of Prague

We had a fantastic experience staying here, and it was by far the best accommodation during our trip to Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Bratislava. Pros: The building, while old, has been fully renovated with engineering precision, and the high-quality materials used in the rooms and halls are truly noticeable. The unit was super spacious, with an impressive 12-foot ceiling and excellent natural lighting coming through the large windows. The room was equipped with all the amenities you could need: an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, welcome water and coffee, a desk, wardrobe, safe box, and even shampoo and lotions. The reception staff were incredibly hospitable, offering helpful recommendations for exploring Prague and ensuring we felt welcomed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the main terminal and downtown. We barely spent anything on transportation because everything was so accessible. Smooth self-check-in and check-out added to the convenience of our stay. Cons: The bed was two single beds attached, which wasn’t ideal. A king or queen-sized bed would have been much more comfortable. The reception is not available 24/7, as they close at 5 PM. We noticed an older couple arriving late and struggling with the online check-in process, which could be challenging for some. Overall, this was a top-notch stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. We will book here again next year :)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, le personnel attentionné, à l’écoute de nos besoins. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Le tram et le métro à 1 minute. Nous le recommandons.

Konumu gayet iyi toplu taşıma duraklarına yakın. Yüyümeyi biraz seviyorsanız Astronomik saat, Charles köprüsü ikonik noktalara yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Konaklama deneyimi bekletimin üzerinde oldu. Temizlik, fiziki şartları ve konfor harika. Eşyalar yeni gibiydi. En ince ayrıntısına kadar her detay düşürülmüş. Ana cadde üzerinde olmasına rağmen ses izolasyonu da gayet yeterliydi. Prague tekrar gelirsem tekra tercih ederim.

Ich schreibe selten Rezensionen, aber diesmal finde ich, dass die Unterkunft es verdient, gelobt zu werden. Die Zimmer sind genau wie in den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist wahnsinnig sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einchecken ging mit dem zugesendeten Link einwandfrei. Man hat auf dem Zimmer alles was man braucht und wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Wegen der Lage an einer Hauptstraße war es ab und zu am Abend bzw. Nachts laut, aber nichts, was uns gestört hat. Für den Fall der Fälle hatte man aber auch auf dem Zimmer Ohrstöpsel. Wir waren über Weihnachten hier und haben sogar eine Tüte Plätzchen bekommen, die auch sehr lecker waren. Eine Flasche Wasser gab es auch und Kaffee und Tee hatten wir auch auf dem Zimmer. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder Nobilis als Unterkunft für die nächste Reise nach Prag wählen.
