I never spoke to staff... We had an excellent stay. I believe I left my license there and called the Hosteeva company to see if they found it however they took the call and never got back to me. There was no way to call them directly!

Our stay was awesome. The Front Desk Clerk (when we checked in) was totally awesome (can't remember her name). Her recommendations were perfect and the staff was very nice. Our condo was "clean" and the smell was very refreshing!

Great location, easily walkable to Bourbon Street and Superdome. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Police station across the street. Will definitely stay again.

GREAT LOCATION AND CLEAN

We enjoyed the penthouse it was clean and spacious. This condo is close to bourbon and canal we were able to walk eveywhere.

For the price it is hard to beat. Easy walking distance to anything in the French Quarter and/or the Superdome. The Studio was clean. Had all the basics you need for a short or long term stay. Only big drawback was construction accross the street. They start early so that is a bit rough. Other than that, highly recommend.

This property is huge, like it can accommodate 10-12 people. Beautiful apartment with sunlight and open area for kids to play inside. Ride is just the next door and walkable to everything.

Spacious condo just for me

It was a very nice place to stay. For me, everything was within walking distance. If you don’t like walking, the street car was right outside the door practically. I had a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. I will definitely take place into consideration when staying in New Orleans again.

Would not recommend

Our flight was cancelled the first 24 hours of our stay and management would not give us a refund or discount for the loss of a day’s stay. I asked if we could have a late check out and was sent a link to a payment page for an additional fee. Room was not as advertised. Room was spartan and did not look upscale. Dirty paper towel was left on sofa. Bedroom was not decorated and only had one night stand. Management staff was not helpful when asked questions about building. Would not stay here again as it’s not worth the price charged.

Overall stay was really good except in the game room sound system didn’t work and in the condo although dishes and silverware are provided there were no knives for cutting only butter knives. I would recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade from a hotel!

I arrived at the location paid for parking and someone was parked in my spot. I called the staff they reassigned me a new parking spot and someone was in that parking spot as well. When i arrived to my room the keypad was dead and I couldn’t access the room. They moved me to a new room with two twin beds my original booking had a queen bed. It was a total bad experience I will never with them again.

Beautiful condo- but just “ok”

Place was ok. There were a few problems. Overhead fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Heat doesn’t make it to the bedroom. One of shower heads didn’t work. No toilet paper in bathroom. Couch was a bed, but there was no bedding for it. Parking is across the street in a public lot for $56 a night. 😳 This place could have been amazing with a little attention to detail.

The property was not clean . Bedding was not up to part and very uncomfortable. Furniture was wood , old and peeling . Toliet barely flushed . Walls were dirty and carpet was filthy. Found a eyelash in bedding . Notifications were sent but no one responded. You heard everything that was going on outside like it was inside the condo . Will never book with place again .

I’m torn because there are some I have some pros and cons about my stay… It was a little noisy, but it’s New Orleans during EssenceFest so I assumed it would be. It was close enough to everything but far enough for when I wanted a break from the busyness. The place looks nice but one of my windows was missing a blind and the blind sat in the middle of the living room my whole stay…if I was one floor lower to the ground, I would’ve had an issue. Next there were dips in the flooring, not enough for me to feel unsafe, but enough for me to feel and not cosmetically appealing… my biggest concern is that the water had a SMELL! My friend said it was sulfur, I was it was mildew…either way. It sucks to come out of a shower and feel like you need another one. Everything else was pretty standard. I’m not saying I wouldn’t stay here again, I’m just saying I would be on the look out to see if these are reoccurring issues or isolated….because this has all the makings of a hidden gems.
