Loved having the kitchen. Fully stocked with plates, bowls utensils pots and pans . The pool area was nice. Overall one of the more enjoyable places we have stayed.

The only thing was the pool it was a little dirty with lime but everything else was nice the room are verry conformable. The location is really good.

Communication was above average in answering questions and needed information (although seemed to be A.I.:) Although the presentation of the room looked above average in cleanliness, floors were actually dirty. As a "short stay" option for rentals, it would be a nice touch to have a tray of coffee/tea accessories (like hotels would offer), so renters do not have to travel for coffee first thing in the morning.

It's suitable for two adults. Not small children. They don't have a tub only a shower. It's roomy with two people any more and its crowded.

Nice location and property

The unit I stayed in was very clean with nice modern furnishings, decor, and a wonderful shower! The owner responded quickly on minor issues I had. The kitchen has minimal items to cook with if you plan on preparing your own food. The location is centralized between Wilton Manors and the beach, so it was perfect for me. I would stay here again.

Great place, awful management

Place was nice, clean, quiet. The communication was awful! They only text message you. They give me the wrong code. Took almost 2 hrs to receive. So mad i purchase another night somewhere else for $110 and then i get a text right after with the correct code... so unprofessional

This apartment complex has roaches it's infested... They couldn't accommodate instead still charge me for the days that I did not stay there. After going back an forth with them only refunded the money for the first day, which is absolutely ridiculous because I had to leave with my children in order to not risk bringing the roaches back with us...

The place is clean, and very cute and comfy for two people. However, there is no communication if you need more towels etc, and because the building is new and not all the rooms are done, they decided at 8am to start construction in the room beside me, waking me up from banging, and my entire room was shaking, i had to ask them to stop three times, you would think those things would be on hold until you knew no one was in the room beside, not while i am trying to sleep.

Not suitable for 4 adults and should not be an option! The sofa bed really only accommodates 1 adult, or an adult and small child. Additionally, there was an extra set of sheets (fitted & flat), and a comforter for the sofa bed, but no extra pillows or pillow cases. The drains in the bathroom sink and shower were draining horribly slow (was standing in dirty water after a shower!) 😒. Was able to lift the stopper in the sink, but for the shower, had to almost remove it. Certain things could be improved for longer stays, e.g. there was only ONE dish towel, and towel set for 4. While I believe a change of linen, etc was availability if needed, 1 dish towel seems a bit too minimalistic. Was surprised to find there was no coffee/tea, sugar, salt, etc. Overall experience was good. Apt was clean, very nice and well laid out, small but not cramped. That said, the host needs to provide just a tad more comfort and convenience.

Was never able to check in, the instructions say I was to receive a link to register online. Never got it, I tried several times to contact the representative and he was MIA. Hotels.com was not able to get a hold of anyone either. After 2 hours of trying I had to get a reservation at another hotel. Most horrible experience ever.

Its a very nice little apartment with a nice pool only 20 steps from your front door. The issue we had was: 1. Wifi didnt work half the time and when it worked it was terribly slow 2. There was some hard rain for two days and both the living room and bedroom floors flooded from water coming through the walls and window frames. Host didn't come and try sort it out. The apartment smelled wet and moldy after that for 3 days.
