The apartment (2 bedroom) was large, and very comfortable for 3 adults. Located very centrally in the middle of the city. The staff were so lovely and went out of their way to find us a laundry when we needed to wash some clothes. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Lovely apartment, at a good price. Really good value for money compared to the rest of accommodations in the country. The breakfast was good, the apartment clean and spacious, and located in the city centre. The sound insulation of the apartment could be improved, but the town is quite so after 10-11 pm it was ok. There is no lift but our apartment was on the 2nd floor (GF+1) and it was not a problem.

The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay.

1. Stayed 5 nights and first thing that struck me was the damp smell when i open the door. After using the toilet, there will be strong sewage smell. Kept flushing the toilet but in vain 2. Size was great as we are staying 5 nights but only 2 heaters and no matter how I adjusted the temperature upwards, the temperature cannot go up 3. No shelter from apartment to hotel where the morning breakfast is. Its only a min walk but if it snows / rains, it gets inconvenient. Better to stay in the hotel 4. Always a lot of snow / ice piling up in front of the apartment so have to be careful of slipping / falling when you walk out. Also hard to pull your luggage. Take note that if you need to cancel the booking, make sure to do it 1 month ahead or you will get charge.

The primary concern was that the apartment was much different than in the photos. The listing featured images of a basic apartment with a sofa bed, which appeared noticeably more spacious than the unit we received. These images strongly influenced our decision to book this option, leading us to pay a relatively high price with the expectation of ample space. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different—the apartment turned out to be substantially different , leaving us feeling misled. The bedroom was so compact that it was impossible to walk around the bed, and both the bathroom and living area were considerably smaller than anticipated. Furthermore, the sofa shown in the photos was significantly larger than the one actually provided. In summary, the overall size and layout failed to match the advertised images, even considering it was a basic apartment with a sofa bed. We contacted the hotel early to raise this issue. Our initial inquiries were not answered. We then went to the reception and were told the matter would be checked with the manager, but we never received any follow‑up and had to ask again. When we finally received a response, the staff were unwilling to discuss the issue and stated that all rooms were like this, even offering to show us other similar rooms. As they did not have other apartments available. This only confirmed the discrepancy between the advertised and actual standard. The matter was therefore escalated to Hotels.com, where a complaint has been

Hjemmekoselig, bodde i toppetasje i leilighet med 3 soverom, stort bad, gode senger, godt utstyrt kjøkken. Minus mange trapper å gå opp med bagasje. Vaffelrøre (du steker selv) i spisesal tilgjengelig ut over ettermiddagen. Helt grei frokost (inkl. eggerøre, bacon m.m.)

Inngangspartiet var ganske lite attraktivt, med en pen statue men mye søppel omkring. Her er det gjort lite for å imponere, mye kunne vært gjort bare ved å holde det rent og kanskje sette ut en blomst. Vi fikk et litt ulment inntrykk når vi ble henvist til leiligheten vår, hvor vi gikk ut av hotellet og ut på gaten og inn en ulåst dør - som forble ulåst utover natten. Det var tilstrekkelig med kjøkkenutstyr og det var stort sett rent. Oppvaskmaskinen inneholdt riktignok ferdigvasket kjøkkenutstyr, men det gjorde oss usikre på om det faktisk var rent. Resepsjonisten var hyggelig og vi gjorde oss stort sett forstått uten problem. Rent sengetøy. Vi var imidlertid misfornøyd med generelt manglende renhold, med støv og skitt i kroker på kjøkkenet, komfyren, gulvlister og ellers gulvoverflate. Toalettsetet var feil til toalettet eller evt. delvis defekt, ettersom det var for lite ift. toalettskåla, noe som gjorde at det var ubehagelig og gjorde det mer vanskelig å bruke toalettet. Frokosten var ok, de tilbyr et minimum av det man forventer. Det glutenfrie brødet de tilbød var ikke godt og de hadde heller ikke brødrister tilgjengelig for oss som ikke tåler gluten. Generelt, følte jeg meg ikke trygg på at matsikkerheten var ivaretatt godt nok. Personalet virket usikre på evt innhold av gluten i maten. Serveringsbestikket var synlig tilgriset med brødsmuler. Kaffen var elendig, men derav forfriskende, enten pga. dårlig vasket trakter/kanne eller dårlig kvalitet på kaffen.

Meget dårlig og skadet komfyr. Kloakklukt kamuflert med godluktprodukter. Tv fungerte ikke, noe personal var klar over, men ikke var i stand til å fikse. Slitent og gammelt rom. Dårlige vindu som ikke hindrer støy. Kaldt rom der ekstra gulvovn ikke fungerte.
