They supplied everything we needed for our stay so our stay was stress free! We enjoyed this place a lot. It was perfect for our family with a teen(he loved having his own space)! The host even recommended some restaurants near by, that we loved. The place was an easy walk to all the tourist attractions! We highly recommend this place!

We wanted to stay in an untouristed neighborhood and we got that. A couple blocks to the Metro, a few cafes,/shops/grocery stores nearby did nicely. Nice people running the plae. It's just not central city touristy glam, exactly what we were looking for.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Although we arrived early, we were allowed to stow our luggage in one of our rooms until the other was ready. The rooms were clean and fresh. It is located in a neighborhood with access to cafes and shops—a nice escape from entirely touristy areas. There is a small elevator. As seems to be typical when traveling in Europe, there is no air conditioning. Usually, I don’t think that is an issue. Our visit was during an heatwave. Our room cooled nicely in the evening though. Overall, very economical and comfortable place to stay. Thank you!

The apartment was very close to at least 2 metro stations - literally a couple of minutes walk, which was great. There's also a lift if you'd rather not take the stairs. The metro is only about 20 minutes into the city, and the local area was really cheap for bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The area as a whole felt safe, with plenty of amenities. The beds were comfortable, but unfortunately we went during the heatwave, and they only had fans, rather than air conditioning units. So we either had to open the windows and hear the noise of vehicles on the street, or keep them closed and have fans on all night. I had 2 really bad nights of sleep as a result. Overall it was good, but I wouldn't revisit during the summer months.

If you want an authentic, non-touristy location to stay in, this is the place for you. The apartment is EXCELLENT and the washer/dryer is a bonus. But… it is quite a distance from the heart of Paris. You will need to take the bus or metro for at least 30-45 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Louvre or any of the typical attractions. What you’ll find in Belleville are local Parisians living their lives. It may feel a bit overwhelming if you’re new to Paris and don’t know any French. But the local vibe here… and food… are somethings you will not find in the tourist locations

I love the Belleville neighborhood; it is out of the way and not the typical tourist environment but has its own character. The lovely Parc des Buttes Chaumont is nearby as well as great restaurants and groceries. This residence is excellent. Comfortable with friendly accommodating staff. Will definitely stay here again.
