Here you’ll find a modern apartment with a spacious layout that combines comfort and sophistication.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The bright and inviting living area features a sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, and a TV.

The kitchen area is modern and open to the living-dining area, and is equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided—as are a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The bedroom features a double bed with nightstands, a wardrobe, and a second TV.
The furnishings are modern and high-quality, with lighting adding a touch of style. The window is equipped with a fly screen.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures cozy warmth on cooler days.

On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom becomes a wellness retreat.
A sauna, a modern shower, and a bathtub provide the comfort you need to relax. Two lounge chairs are available.

A spacious, furnished, east-facing balcony invites you to linger. Cushions are provided.

A free parking space is available for the duration of your stay.

Upon request, a travel crib for toddlers with a mattress and fitted sheet and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at our front desk (located directly on the premises).
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of Building No. 48 (behind the front desk).

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.
The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
