1 star.The house itself was nice, but the experience with the property manager was extremely disappointing and overshadowed the stay.After I had already booked and paid, I was sent additional checkout requirements requiring us to wash, dry, and put away the linens and towels before leaving. This took a significant amount of time during checkout and was not something I understood I was agreeing to when I booked the property.The host also specifically promised me a 250 refund in writing. I checked out on August 26 and immediately told her that everything was taken care of except for one final load of towels that was already in the washer and simply needed to be transferred to the dryer.I then had to follow up multiple times over several days just to get a response. Only after those follow-ups did the host refuse the promised refund and raise additional claims about a trash can, excessive trash, and unfinished laundry.I was not provided an itemized breakdown, receipts, invoices, or supporting documentation showing how those claims justified withholding the refund.The situation became even more concerning when a separate 250 damage/incidental charge was later submitted.The property itself was good, but based on how the checkout requirements, promised refund, communication, and later charges were handled, I would not rent from this property manager again.
