We had a great stay at Caroline's flat in Chelsea. It was easy to get to the Tube, and the flat had everything we could need for our family. Caroline's communication was great from start to finish, she shared helpful details before we arrived and throughout our stay, and she met us there to show us around. Very friendly and easy to deal with. She even let us check out late on our last day so we could leave our bags until our ride to the airport. Would happily stay here again.

Host very responsive via email, great communication. Host was present at apartment on arrival to greet you and show you around and explained everything re apartment. Apartment walking distances to 2 train stations and to grocery shops and pubs and restaurants. Great location. Was glad I found it as it was suitable for 3 ladies who each their own bed.

This flat was very clean and accurate to the listing. The host was very easy to contact and was super, super nice. The price was also very reasonable for a central London home. I would recommend this place!!!

We had a good stay and found this property’s location an excellent launch point for exploring London. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, has good dining, and is a short walk to Earl’s Court station, making transit convenient and low stress. Host Caroline was initially responsive, and check-in was easy. The apartment had necessary amenities. The front road is loud if windows are open for the sofa bed, but back bedrooms are quiet and comfortable.However, a disruptive issue with the shower's temperature regulation profoundly impacted our trip. The shower could not sustain warm water, violently oscillating between freezing and scalding. This made morning prep unpleasant and unsafe. We endured it (stepping in and out of the hot/cold water to capture fleeting moments of warm water) rather than requesting a repair because we were out early to late. We felt uncomfortable having a stranger in the flat while we were away, especially since there is no safe to secure valuables like passports and jewelry.When I raised this concern, Caroline was defensive, incredulous, and blamed me. I asked her to test the malfunction herself after we left, but she ignored the request and cut off communication. There was no apology, compensation, or willingness to investigate. Despite the great location, I cannot recommend this property due to the severe shower malfunction and the host's unacceptable response.

This property was exactly what we wanted. Clean and efficient and located near several tube stations. A perfect home base for our London holiday. Our host was pleasant and very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs and schedule. We would return again. Honestly, we didn't want to leave

This was an excellent stay! The apartment is nice and quiet and had all the amenities we needed, as did the nearby shops. Public transport was easy, as was street parking for the couple of nights we needed it. The host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Caroline was a very responsive host. She had clear instructions for the apartment waiting on our arrival. The apartment was clean, had plenty of space, and made our stay very comfortable. Just a few minutes walk are several coffee shops and restaurants.

The apartment has two good sized bedrooms and plenty of storage for your personal items. It is clean and tidy and everything you need is there. The location is very close to two tube stations - West Brompton that is the direct line to Wimbledon and Earl's Gate for which you can access multiple tube lines and overground train stations very easily! There are two "express" groceries very close by and one major grocery supermarket a bit further away (would be a long walk if you were fully loaded). I used the express ones for my daily needs and only the large one for the odd things I couldn't find (i.e. coffee filters - they were in the apt and I just ran out!) Makes perfect sense in a tea drinking country :) The apt is up three flights of stairs and I managed well with that. The host did help me up with my luggage when I got there - thank you so much! Street is pretty busy - however both bedrooms are in the back so no problem with noise at night. Would definitely stay again! Fit perfectly with what I was looking for in an extended stay in London!

Fantastic base for exploring London

My adult daughter and I stayed here for a week. Communication with the host was excellent, the location was perfect, and the flat was very comfortable and well equipped. Easy walk to Earls Court tube station to get into central London. Nice cafe nearby at Brompton Cemetery if you want a pleasant and shady walk with a cup of tea. We will be back.

Perfect London flat for a family or group of four

For the same price as a cramped hotel room in the heart of London, you can have a whole two-bedroom apartment in a quaint Kensington/Chelsea neighborhood. The space was clean and comfortable, with a kind and responsive host/owner, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to the Earl's Court tube station which puts you close to the heart of everything. Lots of great restaurants nearby, too. I would absolutely recommend this place, with only two call-outs: *Beds are Full-size which was fine for us, but FYI for any couples who need a Queen or King *The shower can be a little difficult to get in and out of due to the height, so just be aware if you have balance or mobility issues Other than that, it really was great.

This noise mentioned was in another building, entirely unconnected to me, so it was very slight. It was just for 1 day & a complete one-off which took place during the day (& not during lunchtime).

Great location, comfortable property!

Our family of 5 stayed for a week in early July and were very happy with our flat! It is very convenient to both the Earl's Court and West Brompton tube stations, as well as a few useful bus lines. The lounge area is tiny (as depicted), but gives enough space to take a load off at the end of a busy tourist day. Bedrooms are well-spaced to allow a little breathing room, and there is a ton of storage for all of your clothing and luggage. Wifi strong and reliable. The only downside may be the shower, which as mentioned in other reviews is temperamental. Caroline was so wonderful to work with, very communicative, friendly, and helpful. I'd definitely recommend. A few things to note: -- pizza place across the street is really good for a quick meal -- Caroline gives two sets of directions from Earl's Court tube station, I'd suggest that the Earl's Court Road exit is the easier of the two to manage with luggage, and doesn't add any time to the walk, since whatever small amount of time you make up on the street using Warwick Rd., you lose traversing the station with your bags. -- The small Tesco down the street is good for a few grab and go items, but it's a very short/easy bus ride (from the bus practically just outside the front door) to the big Tesco on West Cromwell Rd. Save yourself the multiple trips that I did, and just use the big Tesco from the start.

Great place and owner!

We just got back from staying a week here and our family of 5 absolutely loved it. This is a great flat, in a neighborhood, that accommodated the five of us perfectly. It’s a short walk to the Earl’s Court tube station and there are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Caroline is a great host and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful cozy apartment close to everything

Caroline’s apartment is wonderful. Our family of 5 (we have older kids) had a very comfortable stay. One of the best things about the apartment is its location: close to the tube, close to grocery stores and less than a 20-30 minute ride to the center of London. It is a quiet neighborhood. The traffic makes noise, but not enough to be bothered. Normal city life. Another great thing about this apartment is its owner. Caroline was very responsive to all questions and requests. She was very gracious as we asked for a couple of favors and she kindly fulfilled them. It was the most pleasant first time ever trip to Europe!
