Located on the island of Lefkas, at the north-west side of the island, just after Tsoukalades village and at a distance of less than 700m from the closest beach called “Kaminia”, the Ionion Theasis Villa Kallisti is a brand new stone made, independent luxury villa with a private pool and amazing views to the Ionian sea, as its name suggests.

Minimalistic, sophisticated décor and luxurious furnishings are accompanied by all modern comforts. The décor is impressive while also creating the pleasant sensation of simplicity that pervades the interiors. The villa is mainly made of wood, stone and earth tones that are in balance with the surrounding natural environment. Designed exclusively to ensure that your stay will be memorable!!

The views!!!

We had a relaxing holiday in this two bedroom villa. The views are incredible. Lovely villa and pool. It is a good location to lefkada town. You do need a car. Lefkada is beautiful and the locals are welcoming warm and friendly. Sophia, the lovely host, is really helpful nothing is too much trouble. The villa was serviced regularly during our stay which was such a treat! I found lefkada holiday rentals incredibly helpful. Excellent communication. A great team. I will definately use them again. Thank you!

Perfect Stay at a beautiful villa with breathtaking view!

We had an absolutely wonderful one-week stay at this villa and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our holiday. The house is beautiful, modern and very tastefully furnished, with everything feeling new and well-maintained. The pool area is fantastic, and the view of the sea is simply breathtaking. The entire property and surroundings are lovely. The location is quiet and secluded, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa is also extremely well equipped — everything you could possibly need is there. The communication with the hosts was excellent. They were incredibly friendly, responsive and always available whenever we had a question. They also gave us lots of great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, sights and other places to visit. We followed quite a few of their recommendations and were very happy with them. All in all, it was a truly amazing holiday and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would absolutely love to come back and can highly recommend this villa! The Island is so beautiful and not over grounded. Cristal clear blue water, beautiful beaches and stunnnig views.

Overall a good stay, despite the location

The villa itself is well maintained, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The check-in process was smooth, communication before and during our stay was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always responsive. The property was generally clean and offered good facilities, making for a comfortable stay. The villa is situated very close to two other villas, which results in limited privacy. Although there has been some planting along the property boundaries, this is not yet sufficient. Because the villas are in such close proximity, it is easy to overhear conversations and other noise from neighbouring guests, which detracts from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the quality of the villa and the excellent service, but we recommend that future guests carefully consider whether the location suits their plans.

Perfect quiet get away with wonderful ocean views

Stylish but simply decorated and furnished .Very clean and comfortable. Lovely to meet Sophia the owner who was very friendly and accommodating regarding a late departure. We would certainly recommend the house to any couple looking for some peaceful relaxation by the pool.
