Amy was a spectacular host and her home is fabulous with exceptional amenities. She was responsive and very flexible when we needed a place last minute. My friends and I can’t say enough great this about this home and it spectacular water views and setting.

First rate

Amy and Frank were wonderful and responsive hosts. The house is a home, perfectly clean and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything a cook could want and the outdoor grill the best we have used. The photos do not do the grounds justice.They are beautifully landscaped and abundant with flowers which Amy encouraged us to cut and arrange.for the house. There are water views from every room, decks on both sides of the house so shade or sun can be found at most times of day. The beach is charming and private, mere steps from the house, larger that we expected and perfect for children or adults. We used it every day. Amy and Frank were helpful with local information i.e. where to shop for food, restaurants and so on. Carson's, the local soda shop, cannot be missed.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend the property and hope that we will have the opportunity to return.

Wonderful Getaway

We had an absolutely lovely stay in late August. Our twin seven-year-olds adored the play house along with the private beach and the host of beach accessaries. My wife and I enjoyed being able to totally relax in a home that was perfectly situated on a narrow peninsula (views of sunrise and sunset), equipped with everything we needed, and wonderfully cared for. Amy and Frank were extremely gracious and thoughtful hosts who made us feel immediately at home. In addition, they provided excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the local area. We very much hope to be back again in the near future.

Over the top!

This vacation home exceeded our wildest expectations especially the hospitality and attentiveness of our host, Amy. Our grandchildren enjoyed the playhouse for hours on end. We were able to share this beautiful spot with our family and friends. We cannot say enough good things about Morgan Point and Noank. Thank you so much Amy!

Heaven

Our stay was seamless. The home and setting where perfection!! The indoor outdoor living on both sides made for intimate settings to enjoy our family. The toys for adults and kids put the cherry on top! You definitely felt the attention to detail and love you put into your home and the customer service was seamless, you checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed! Amazing seaside oasis

Amy and Frank were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, from their recommendations for activities and food to their leaving toys and games to keep busy when at the house. The house is in an amazing and peaceful location and the town is a little gem. Great vacation and hosts!

Pictures don’t do it Justice

Stayed here with one other couple for New Year’s Eve. It was perfect in the off season to enjoy a nice fire and watch the sunset as the fishing/lobster boats returned. Amy was awesome with replying quickly to inquiries and making amazing recommendations for activities. We are coming back in the Summer so keep July open for us Amy :)

Great getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property lived up to the pictures - with some pictures not doing it justice! The water views on three side of the property were beautiful, the play house in the yard far exceeded my expectations (my daughter couldn’t get enough!) and Amy was very quick to respond to any question we had. While there are some amenities that are no doubt better in warmer months (both on the property and the broader neighborhood), we were extremely satisfied and had a wonderful winter getaway.

Amazing! Can't give this house enough stars!

We had the most amazing time at this home. It is perfect for young children with its private beach and a stand-alone playhouse! The home and grounds are breathtaking. Amy, the owner, was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely plan to return!

Remarkable property, location and host!

We were 2 couples who stayed a week at this amazing property. The location is perfect, and rare - a private enclave on the tip of the cutest coastal town. The town is tiny but packed with beautiful scenery and friendly neighbors. The perfect spot to walk aimlessly. The house is beautiful. Well appointed with modern amenities, we never felt the need to venture out. The property is really something special, across 2 private beaches, you can experience sunrise and sunset, soak up the sun or find shade, feel the sea breeze or hide in a calm and peaceful spot. The grounds are meticulously manicured and the house is efficiently organized and stocked. The host, Amy, was so great. She addressed all my questions and concerns prior to the trip and during our stay was available for anything we needed. Check in and out were seamless. She maintains a clean, organized home, and shared the history and local gems to be found. We greatly appreciated it all. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

An absolutely gem!

We spent two phenomenal weeks at Amy’s place. The house is pristine, comfortable and THE LOCATION impossible to beat. The owner was super responsive to every one of my questions and even drove a couple of hours to be able to come and fix a minor issue. They were invested in making sure everything was perfect during our stay. This is a special home that I hope me and my family can return to many times over. Thanks Amy!

Noank / Mystic are undiscovered gems

2nd trip to this property & it didnt disappoint. highlight are: • sunset & sunrise from the deck • private beach on the property • split bedrooms/bathrooms across 2 levels make it very convenient for families • large yard for the kids • 1st rate landscaping creates a colorful tapestry • short walk to Abbots (lobster), Costello (clams), as well as Fords and Carsons • short drive to Mystic, which is very underrated • owner is gracious & accommodating

All Around Views

The house and grounds of this property are truly amazing. The views are fantastic and the whole experience is refreshing. Amy, the owner, is incredibly thoughtful and easy to reach. We felt welcomed from the moment we booked and the entire time we stayed. It was hard to leave the house because we wanted to just look out the windows. The house has everything you need for the beach and is very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone.

You need to know this

You have to rent this house if you get a chance, it's wonderful. The description of the house is very accurate and once you get there you will be amazed. The small town of Noank is quite unique and we enjoyed what it has to offer.I travel to Mystic quite often and was so happy to find this place that I don't see myself renting anywhere else. When we stayed the bicycles hadn't arrived yet although they would have been nice but the owners was so gracious that they offered to rent bikes for us from Mystic, also if we had any questions they would get back very quickly. It's a GREAT place, rent it.

Speculator and pristine beach house!

We had a lovely week+ at the house. There are water views from three sides and every room of the house. It was absolutely spectacular and an experience we will not forget! The home was very clean and comfortable. The landscaping is gorgeous. Having two private sandy beaches made for such a nice change, as we did not have to pack and drive/walk to get our sun and sand. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with; gracious and helpful.

special location, nestled in a beautiful little neighborhood

location was A+ ... pictures understate how wonderful the location/view is property was A+ ... spacious & private w/ yard, beach, unobstructed views, wonderful landscaping house was A+ ... split bedrooms/bathrooms, views from all rooms excepts kids bedroom, wraparound deck was great amenities were A ... everything you need, but kids need to be monitored carefully b/c there a lots of things that could be broken or not suitable for children's use landlord/agent was A+++ ... dealt with owner, who was the nicest person & overly accomodating
