GREAT location, thoughtful welcoming gifts. Well equipped. (Some pots and pans could use replacing as most were non stick so getting “tired”. We didn’t mention it’s during our stay because we easily made due with the large stainless pan and other supplies that were there.)Good amounts of everything else. Nice pool, safe and secure. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Thank you for staying at Sunrise 8. This great complex is located across the street from the beach, downtown Tamarindo, within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The complex is very quiet, with free parking, nice common areas, and a shared pool. The condo is on the 4th floor (there is an elevator in the building). It does not really have an ocean view, but you will enjoy the view of the pool area. The condo is comfortable for a small family or friends. It has 2 BDR's, 2 BTHR's, a full kitchen, cable TV, internet, BBQ, a washer, and a dryer.

It was our first trip to Costs Rica. Our experience with this unit and owner was awesome! They answered all my questions. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

Thank you for choosing to stay at Sunrise 8. If you are looking for a quiet place, close to town and to the beach, and safe for kids, this is it! Sunrise is located in the heart of Tamarindo, across the street from the beach. No need ot rent a car unless you want to explore more of the surrounding areas. The complex has security 24 hours a day, free parking, and a nice shared pool, kid-friendly. Unit 8 is a comfortable 2 BDR condo on the 4th floor. There is an elevator in the building. It is a great unit for families with kids or friends. Fully equipped with a/c in every room, a full kitchen, internet, cable tv and washer and dryer.

Thank you for the 5-star review. Sunrise is a condo gated community in the heart of Tamarindo, right across the street from the beach, with easy access to everything within walking distance. Unit 8 is a 2 BDR condo on the 4th floor -there is an elevator in the building- One room has bunkbeds so it is perfect for families with kids. The condo has a/c in every room, a full kitchen, hot water, cable tv, internet and washer/dryer. The property offers a free parkinf spot for one car, security the 24 hours of the day and shared pool too.

Wonderful get away!

We absolutely loved our stay. We read all the online reviews so we knew exactly what to expect. For us however, because we surf, it was underrated on just how convenient it was to our surfing! We will definitely be back. The only issue we had; In December when I made my initial payment it was on a card I had to claim Fraud on, issuing me a new card. I had sent the owner messages making sure my new card transferred and it did not, causing frustrating trying to check in. I just wish I would have been communicated to from my VBRO site and the owner. Other than that, once we were in, all great. The pool was amazing. If anyone is looking to rent Boards, Jose who owns Moore Surf, absolutely a fantastic guy and a super instructor for me. Heart of gold.

Thank you for the nice 5-star review about Sunrise 8, a nice and comfortable 2 BDR fully equipped condominium located in a complex that is right across the street from the beach and a short walking distance to the town and all the amenities. If you are not planning on visiting the area, you will be fine not renting a vehicle as everything is within proximity and walking distance. The unit is on the 4th floor, there is an elevator. The property also includes 24 security on site, a free parking and a shared swimming pool.

Sunrise #8

I would give this property 10 stars if that was an option. The suite and property is well taken care of and in an excellent location. Security is excellent and very friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine, a fresh bag of Costa Rica coffee and a nice welcome note. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent were supplied. Lots of cleaning supplies and towels for the pool and beach. We stayed 16 days and the maid came twice to clean. She did a good job and spoke good English. On the second day someone left a delicious loaf of buns and a jar of applesauce. Maybe a bakery promotion but we could not find the store later to thank them. Also let RPM(management company) know a couple of things that were not working and they had maintenance repair them before we returned to the condo that day. Never seen that before!! Very friendly and prompt with the service for sure. I would definitely stay there again if I visited Costa Rica.

Thank you for the fantastic 5-star review! Sunrise is the ideal property for a family to stay at. It is located in the heart of Tamarindo. No need to rent a car if you want to spend your time in Tamarindo as everything is within walking distance. The Beach is across the street form the beach so just a few steps! Unit 8 is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator in the building. Fully equipped for up to 8 guests, this cozy apartment has a/c in every room, cable tv and internet, washer and dryer. The gated community also has free parking, a shared pool and 24 hour security.

Spacious w obstructed view of beach

The place was nice and clean and cooled on arrival. It is dated which you can tell by photos but has everything you need. Master bath has no real room for toiletries so we used a stool and the coffee make absolutely needs to be replaced! Took forever to make a pot and the pause and serve feature no longer works. We enjoyed the patio where one of of use could sit to see the beach. Management company was good with communication and we enjoyed many restaurants around town. Tamarindo was a great experience.

It is just perfect if you do not plan on driving as you are within walking distance to the shops and restaurants too. The uinti is cozy. It is not a modern or luxury condo but great for a relaxing beach vacation. Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything you need. We also have an emergency line after office hours to bring support if needed.

Beautiful Condo, Nice Overlook of Beach

This was a nice location to stay, easy walk to beach and downtown shopping. They also responded quickly to an issue I noted with the AC, fixed by the afternoon. The condo is well kept up, and the nice kitchen was great since we were trying to eat in mostly

Nice spacious condo across from the beach. Me, my wife and two kids really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a one week stay.

Located din the heart of Tamarindo, it is an easy and quick walk to the beach and to the shops/restaurants. The complex is secured with 24 security on site, a free parking area, and a nice shared pool. The condo 8 is on the 4th floor with view to the pool. Great location, super comfy

First off, the pictures don't do justice to the interior decorations. The paint is not that garish in real life, the orange and green will not burn your eyes out, and the surfboards mounted on walls with high ceilings look great. The hosts left a little gift bag of coffee & wine to get started. I needed to go next the shop next door to pick up coffee filters & a corkscrew, but that was a minor detail. The location is perfect for dawn patrol surfing or simply walking on the beach at sunrise. Easily walkable to restaurants, and quiet away from everything. There is dedicated parking & a guard house.

Condo bien équipé et vue magnifique sur la mer

Le condo était spacieux et propre. Très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Balcon avec table pour manger à l’extérieur pour profiter de la vue. Belle piscine. Cadeaux très appréciés lors de l’arrivée! À quelques pas de la magnifique plage. Nous le recommandons!

Sunirse is the perfect place to stay at! You are right across the street from the beach and within walking distance from everything. No need to rent acar unless you want to explore our beautil area. If you decide to rent a vehicle, Sunrise offer s aparkain spot near each unit for free. There is also a 24-hour security on site and a beautiful shared and fmaily-freidnly pool. The unit is confortable for families and freidns ans comes well equipped.

Sunrise is located in the heart of Tamarindo, across the street from the beach and within walking distance from the shops and restaurants. It is a gated community complex, with security on site the 24 hours, nice grounds, parking spots for every unit, and a beautiful kid-friendly shared swimming pool. The condos are comfortable and cozy for families and friends. They all come equipped with air-conditionning, cable TV, internet, washer and dryer, and a kitchen.

Really good home base for Costa Rica vacation

Property has a nice pool and great location. It's right in the heart of Tamarindo which has a nice surf beach. It's not the prettiest town but has lots of food options. Condo isn't the most luxurious but it all works. Bunk bed in kids room is very high and doesn't have a safety rail or a ladder that we saw.

Excellent location and communication

There were small things like the stove being broken and no water on the last day for a period but overall a great stay. A little grungy and can use some updating. Would be nice if they provided pool floaties or something similar. But still a great time!

Beautiful Condo near the beach

We stayed at this beautiful well appointed condo in April 2024. They left us yummy treats to enjoy which we really appreciated. The location is amazing. It is right across the street from the beach. It is centrally located so all the restaurants and shopping is right there. There is a grocery store steps away from the property. We rented a golf cart but truthfully didn’t need it. The view from the porch is amazing. We loved the pool. We could hear the howler monkeys every morning and saw them in the property on our last day.
