The Hyatt, being a five-star hotel chain, offers a different level of service and amenities that come with a much higher price point. Our property is a family home where the owners have put in a lot of love and effort for guests to enjoy, and many have found it delightful. However, we understand that it might not suit everyone's tastes. Regarding the beds and pillows, we appreciate your comments and will look into upgrading them. The issue with the washer and the iron will also be addressed to ensure future guests do not face the same inconvenience. As for the thermostat, it is set to a minimum of 72 degrees, and we have verified that it is functioning properly. The perception of coldness can vary, especially if doors or balconies are left open or due to the external weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you consider us again in the future. Thank you for staying with us.
