Had a little trouble opening the door with the code..tried to find out the secret to that..but didn't get a response from anyone when we messaged our host. We eventually figured it out ourselves

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very pleasant experience and would absolutely stay here again! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful without feeling too far removed from all the activities. The property itself was beautiful, not overly crowded, and very well maintained. The staff we encountered were always polite and friendly, and the views were gorgeous! The condo was spacious, comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. We especially appreciated that this particular unit is pet friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The rental management company was also incredibly responsive anytime we needed them.My only suggestion would be for the cleaning crew to give the unit a more thorough deep cleaning, as there were a few areas that seemed to have been overlooked for some time. However, that certainly wasn’t enough to take away from our overall experience or discourage us from returning.Between the beautiful views, peaceful location, comfortable accommodations, and convenience to everything PCB has to offer, we truly enjoyed our stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Panama City First Time Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip! The condo was very roomy and in a great location. It is a little dated, and I think we could have been provided more than one trash bag and more towels/wash cloths for a week stay, but it was still a great place!

Perfect location, amazing view. We spent a great deal of our time on the balcony as it’s shaded in the morning. The pool deck was very large with plenty of chairs where we spent our time in the sun.

Writing a review for a day and a half in the condo isn't fair. Because of a family emergency, we had to leave shortly after we got there. The condo was great, the view was spectacular, and the amenities were perfect. Being able to have our dog with us was wonderful. After one trip to the potty spot for dogs, our dog knew to hold it until he was in the right place.I do hope to revisit and get an entire week of sun, sand, and surf. Until then, may your week at Treasure Island be pleasant, memorable, and full of fun in the sun.

The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice, it’s so much nicer in person. The condo itself was beautiful, and the view was absolutely spectacular. Getting around the building was a breeze with the fast elevators. We skipped the pool and spent our days on the beach. We rented chairs right there and the service was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

Would rent again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great stay. While the overall experience was great I can see a few areas that could use improvement. Pillows - old flat non matching and overall could use new pillowsCouch was not appealing - busted cushion at zipper that was safety pinned together. Stains. Just needed replaced. Closet with laundry and beach items was just in disarray. It’s nice having these items but maybe neatly organized. Front bathroom fan was leaking water and was missing bulb cover. Mold in master bath shower and those shower heads were pitiful. Inexpensive items like this overtime bring down the appearance of a well kept property which would keep people from repeat renting in my opinion. Balcony was nice however the rugs really aren’t necessary because they make the chairs harder to move. Door lock was hit or miss with opening but we made it work. Overall it was well cleaned (except mold in showers) which is always a plus in my book! Appreciate the two types of coffee pot options but I’d recommend one with an auto shut off option for the pot because that could be bad if accidentally left on. Loved the bed covers they were pleasant clean and perfect weight for beach.

Fun Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. When we arrived there was evidence it had been cleaned, but there was sand in the floor and some in the beds. There was a strange smell in the master toilet room during the entire stay. We loved the quiet area, even during the week after the 4th. We would definitely return. The pool was very refreshing even when the temps were HOT!

We could not determine the unit number from the documents sent. The property personnel could not give us our unit number. It took several messages and frustration to receive the number from the management group. It was on the document, but it was not listed as the "unit" number. The property was nice and spacious, but it was not very well maintained. We swept piles of sand and "stuff" from the floor. We asked for it to be cleaned, and it was cleaned promptly. Several light bulbs were burned out, and other minor repairs need to be made. The beds were comfortable, but the furniture in the living room was not. We did not feel like we were on vacation and expected more.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at treasure island we were very pleased. The elevators were not a hassle and we loved that we could bring our dog. The condo is in a good location and was clean. The only thing that I would suggest is maybe some cleaner or broom of some kind to help with the sand. Over all great condo would stay here again.

Amazing, so much more than expected

From the moment we arrived the place, we knew, would become one of “our special places”. The view of the water was unmatched. The condo was spotless and ready to host our adventure. The furniture was so comfy, sheets and towel soft. The neighborhood was quiet and yet a major beach bar is loess than a 1/2 block away. We had a dog with us and the ease of getting to the facilities was very convenient. Overall from booking to check was…chef’s kiss perfect!
