This guest’s complaint of no response is not true. I received a text message on my phone from unknown sender. The phone number did not match the phone number of the guest who booked the reservation, so I was concerned that it might be a scam phone text message. So I reached out immediately to the booker via VRBO messaging to ask if he/she had tried to contact me, and gave a number to call me. I did not receive a response to my message, so I had to assume that the text message on my phone was not from them. I did not know one of the guests actually did try to contact me until I read the negative review. I have no idea why the guest did not respond at all to my VRBO message.

I believe the guest is trying to give us 5 stars, it ended up shown one star. The reason is normally one click the last star which is five, then all star bright up. But here VBRO you have to click every star, it happened many times before. Also, we didn’t watch down the hand soap, it was a foam soap, therefore looking watering.
