such a fun weekend, the house is beautiful and is super cozy. there’s a wonderful spacious backyard with many seating options. this was the perfect place for my 2 night stay!!!

It was a great location! The property was clean and ready on-time. What a fun town. We were close to Old Town. Don’t miss the farmers market. We ate lots of goodies and ate ice cream. It was made to order.Note, the parking in front is limited to 2 hours during the week. So, use the alley long term.

The host accurately described this remodeled, clean, and well stocked basement apartment. It has a separate entrance down side stairs. You can definitely hear the people living in the main house above you so if waking up at 6:30 am does not appeal to you then I recommend looking elsewhere.

Just to note, this is a lower-level unit with its own entrance, priced accordingly and mentioned in the listing, and we include a sound machine in the bedroom to help with morning noise. Great Loacation and great basement property. Downtown was within walking distance and the CSU campus a block away. We always had open parking on the main street out front. Well furnished with everything that we needed. Check in and check out was seemless. Would stay there again!

Very nicely appointed in a fantastic location

The location is fantastic. We could walk north to old town or the CSU area and a plethora of shops, restaurants, and bars. Or walk the old dirt Collins neighborhoods under the trees and all the old houses. We drive to the Gateway Natural Area and it took maybe 20mins to be in a canyon and hiking.Everything in the property is very nice. Appliances, decor, materials, etc.If we are back in town we will definitely look to be staying here.

20 out of 10 rating!

We love coming here. It is our home away from home when visiting our daughter. We walk everywhere we want to go from his home (or bike or scooter). It has all of the amenities you need - no need to bring anything from home. The stocked kitchen is perfect if you'd like to eat in. The bed is cozy and comfortable. Lovely back yard to enjoy. The owner is quite responsive. Zero complaints. We will absolutely be back!

Great Location Great Communication

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has everything that you need including a record player and a handful of vinyl records. This was perfect for relaxing between hiking or exploring Ft Collins. Communication with the host was fantastic. We appreciated the laundry facilities after hiking in RMNP. Easy walking distance to lots of different restaurants and CSU.

Perfect CSU/Fort Collins Rental

I booked this apartment for a spur of the moment trip to visit my son at CSU. It far exceeded my expectations! It was a solo trip for me and I debated staying in a hotel, but I’m so happy I stayed in this apartment instead. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood perfectly located for CSU and downtown Fort Collins. The apartment is spotless, well-equipped and comfortable. The beautiful yard is a bonus. We visit Fort Collins frequently and will definitely rent from Harriet again. She makes the entire rental process, check-in, check-out and all other communication seamless.

Great place for two people! There are other people in the upper/large part of the house but that is clear in the description. A little bit of noise from that but again, it was not unexpected. The decor is absolutely darling and I’d recommend staying if you want to be close to campus and old town!

Perfect place to visit your CSU student

Cozy, well appointed and super convenient to campus. Loved being in a real neighborhood (in contrast to a hotel). You can walk to campus and Old Town. Amenities were as advertised and easy to use. Price is competitive to hotels in the area. I highly recommend.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Great location to Old Town FC, wonderful backyard setting for coffee in the AM or cocktails in the PM. Comfortable accommodations with spacious bathroom. Host was kind and responsive.
