We understand that everyone has their own perception, but this review is from someone who was suppose to have read all the details of our space and ask specific questions if they had concerns. Each of our apartments have many positive reviews. Because there are two apartments on the top floor and our home is on the bottom there could be temporary times where smells from each space cooking can travel. That is what occurred because we were cooking in the crockpot. Later after we went up the smell was gone. We do not have any type of odor problem. As for safety, we provide an extremely safe environment. As an owner, it is our right to have access to all of our home in case of an emergency which has occurred. We give each guest their own unique code to the steel lobby door keyless entry and to their own steel keyless entry apartment door. Our own personal door has the exact same lock as the apartments and we have no problem with security. We also have security cameras in several places outside the home and we get alerts regularly when their is motion. He also, after his stay began asked for his money back and we gave each night we rented back to him as a courtesy. Beware of this hypertensive guest, he will scrutinize your place and after being nothing but respectful and accomodating to him write you a bad review.
