Just to clarify for future guests, the starter pack of amenities is noted in the listing and is also communicated by text the day before arrival so guests have an opportunity to prepare accordingly. Hi Meredith, the home does not advertise an ice maker, we did send a staff member to bring you about 10 ice trays and she filled them for you while you were out, we also brought a replacement microwave the same day the microwave was reported. This home is in a residential area, your son was riding dirt bikes up and down the street very loudly. We are sorry you feel that the trip was not worth the money however we did issue you a partial refund for all your troubles.
