Thanks for the kind review Steven. Look forward to having you back in the future.

Thanks Stan! You were great to work with and hope to have you folks back out again soon.

Laura, thank you for the kind review. We are so glad you all enjoyed your stay so much and hope to have you back sometime in the future!

Thanks so much guys. Hope to host you again next year!

Thank you Lisa. I'm so glad you enjoyed the unit and the area. Hope to have you back sometime.

Thanks for your patience on this Jeff. I'm glad we were able to get the power company and the contractor out right away to get that breaker replaced and you are correct, it's all working properly again.

Had a nice exchange with this guest during their stay with no complaints so really not sure why the low review. I always strive for 5 stars with guests so communication is very important to me. I hope to learn what could have made the stay better.

Thanks for the kind review Kori. I am so glad you all enjoyed the time and the space. Hope to have you back sometime.

Thank you for the review Shane. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the door and batteries going dead. They are usually replaced in a more timely manner so that doesn't happen. Please let me know if there was anything else lacking that could have made the stay better for you.

Thanks so much Laurie. Glad you enjoyed the place and location. Most courses reseed their golf courses in October and late April so please come stay again when everything is green. Cheers

I pride myself on trying to give a great experience to all guests and you can see by the overwhelming majority of the reviews that that is the case. My cleaners are excellent and have been servicing this unit for years to great reviews. I knew from the start when I got the first phone call about the cable tv, that this stay was going to be a challenge and that there was little chance of making this guest happy. I was actually at the home prior to this guest coming and it was clean. I did not notice the damaged pans as seen in the provided photos. However, I do not see dried food on the pans, just damage from scraping the Teflon coating off. A new pan set was delivered to the home within 38 minutes of me placing the order which was almost immediately after he complained. No mention from the guest until this review that the place was dirty. No photos were provided of so called filth. I went to the unit after departure and the unit is clean as it usually is so I think this is a case of just an unhappy person venting. With respect to train and freeway noise, I explain in my description the proximity of this unit to the noise. It can be heard but it is faint as the unit is located 6 doors from Crocus and Palm Valley Drive. It doesn't disturb my sleep and I am a light sleeper. Please ask me any questions if concerned but I am an open book and don't believe this review is in any way accurate of what the home has to offer.

So glad you enjoyed the stay Niki. Call me again next season when you are ready!
