This is the BEST house we have ever stayed in. It was Beautiful and very clean. The host Sandi was absolutely Amazing, and very helpful! We had a Great relaxing time here!

The location was perfect for us. Close to hiking trails, groceries, and a cute place to get coffee as well as a yummy gluten-free bakery treat. We used the kitchen quite a bit and it was adequately fitted out. Bed was comfy and the room was not cramped or overdone with tchotchkes.

We spent 4 nights in this lovely home and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The bedrooms are in the back of the house, maybe 10 yards from the creek, and there was no road noise during the night. Very peaceful. There are hiking trails just a couple of miles away. Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods are just a short drive, Safeway is about two miles away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We were there during a hot spell in August and the A/C worked great. We especially enjoyed the patio overlooking the creek and ate some of our meals there. The owner was very easy to work with. You can't go wrong with this property!

The house is right on the creek and close to the Broadmoor - very convenient area for getting to hiking locations. It was clean, and we had everything we needed - even coffee!

Outstanding property in terms of the layout and modern everything. We booked the property based on its creekside location and it did not disappoint. I could have spent the entire visit sitting on any one of the several deck seating areas listening and enjoying the water flow by, very peaceful. Hostess was helpful and responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the living room couches. Very tastefully decorated. Upscale appliances and washer and dryer. I would definitely make this a repeat booking when visiting the area in the future.

This was the perfect place for a mother/daughter getaway! The house was lovely-clean and spacious with great amenities. We especially loved sitting on the deck listening to the birds and the creek! The location was fantastic-on a quiet street and close to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is a very spacious and comfortable property with a nice back porch/deck overlooking a running creek. It was so nice to open the sliding door and listen to the nature in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped with spices, cooking/baking tools with clean and great appliances. The host is very professional and kind and communicates timely. We appreciated that. The property is very clean and well stocked towels and toiletries. Thank you!!!

Exactly as described. Cabin was clean and quiet. Furnishings were clean, comfortable, and up to date. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer was a plus. Cabin was a driving distance from stores and attractions, but traffic was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay!

We had such a lovely stay in this fantastic property. It was roomy, comfortable and cozy all at the same time. The balcony out back with dense greenery and stream running below was the perfect spot for breakfast and coffee. This is one of my all time favorite vrbos and ai cannot wait to find an e cause to come back here again! Host was super responsive and all around lovely!

Where this place is located pays for itself. I took my son down the street to hike the 7 bridges trail. We have been to many places together and the joy he had after that hike was a core memory. The creek behind the property is not a gimmick! The cleanliness of the property would be approved by my Grandmother! When I do come back to Colorado Springs I will only search for this place or any other that they own! Thank you

Wonderful property, great location. Anything you might need for a short or long stay was provided. Balcony and deck overlooking the creek running behind the house was beautiful and relaxing. Property is on a quiet street, and only a 2 block walk to nature center and trails. Also short drives to everywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Colorado Springs area.
