Unfortunately, following the storm, the elevators were temporarily out of service, which was beyond our control. We kept you informed as soon as we received updates regarding their status. We’re happy to share that the elevators have since been restored and are fully operational and functioning as normal.

Beautiful property with an absolutely stunning view pretty much anywhere you go throughout. We had an amazing time here with plenty of room for my wife and I and our 4 kids. The resort where this property is located is beautiful with lots to do, easy access to many, many beaches and dining and just all things Maui. We'd stay here again for sure. No regrets. You'll love it!

The views from this unit are stunning, and easily the highlight. The grounds are also beautiful, well-maintained, and pleasantly uncrowded, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience beyond the setting did not meet expectations. AC is listed as a primary feature of the unit, but it was not functioning during our stay. In Maui’s heat and humidity, this made a noticeable difference in overall comfort. We were initially advised to locate fans in the unit, but none were present. After follow-up, two fans were delivered, though three bedrooms were in use. At one point, the indoor humidity was so high that the large mirrored wall in the main living area showed visible condensation.Other details could be improved. Some towels were worn and stained, and a few fixtures (including wall-mounted items and the kitchen sink) did not appear to be fully secured. While not major issues on their own, these details impacted the overall feel of the stay.Communication from the property management team was timely, and we appreciate that. However, the resolution offered did not reflect the impact of the situation. We were given the option to cancel the remainder of our stay and rebook elsewhere, which would have been difficult to navigate during the spring break travel rush.We would consider staying at the resort again, but in a different unit and with a different property management service.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the views and the resort. At the time of your stay, a required AC part was still in transit, and we regret the inconvenience. Prior to arrival, we notified you of the issue, offered a discounted rate, and provided the option to relocate to another unit within the resort. To support comfort, the unit included multiple cooling options, with a total of 8 fans (ceiling, wall, and portable), and we delivered additional fans promptly upon request. The AC has since been fully repaired. We’ve also replaced all towels and addressed the maintenance items mentioned. We appreciate your recognition of our team’s communication and would be happy to host you again for a seamless stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location. Could use more pots and pans and spices. It was clean and comfortable and love the sound of the ocean at night. We had a power outage so it would have been good to have candles. But the battery lights worked well. Easy check in.

Views from the condo were excellent, great watching whales and turtles from the balcony! Grounds were very well maintained, pool and hot tub were very nice to have after a day of activities. Great location. Kitchen well stocked with anything you need. However, the condo is in need of some maintenance: TV in living room was not working when we arrived, it was partially fixed by property management tech but he indicated that a new cable box was needed, the one in the condo is very old. Dryer is very loud, makes clunking noise, sounds like the belt is going out. The Dyson vacuum holder/charger is falling off the wall, needs to be remounted. The water dispenser in the kitchen sink is very loose and wobbly. Shower curtain in main bathroom is stained with a bit of mold on it, should be replaced. One of the chairs for the table was broken and put in the master closet, so only 5 usable chairs for the table. Carpet on stairs and in the loft needs to be cleaned or replaced, it has stains.I'm not discouraging anyone from staying in this condo, just bringing to light some maintenance issues to property management that may be missed by the cleaning crew. Overall I'd still recommend this condo if you can overlook some minor maintenance issues.

We were so blown away by the view from the moment we walked in! This property is so perfectly located. It is right on top of the beach. Turtles, rays and seals swim by to say hello. The neighboring beaches, shops and restaurants are a short walk or short drive. And the items within the home are perfectly placed and very thoughtfully selected. We absolutely loved our 8 night stay.

The unit was clean and had a beautiful view. The unit was very hot. The central air did not cool like we are used to. The only way to keep the condo tolerable was to close all the blinds during the day, which defeats the purpose of the great view. We enjoyed the condo at night once it cooled off, but there’s not enough comfortable seating. It sleeps 8, but only 4 fit on the couch. We had 5 adults which left one person sitting on a hard kitchen chair or backless barstool if we all wanted to hang out together. We also paid extra for late check out, but was locked out of our room. We ended up spending time on our last day at the front desk and on the phone trying to get this fixed. The cleaning person also entered the room when we weren’t there. We asked for a partial credit for this inconvenience and did not receive one,
