Great place. Plenty of room for a big group. The pool area and putting green and corn hole set up was a big highlight of the trip. Would Definately stay again. Plenty of places close by to get groceries, etc. and a short walk to the beach.

The house is very spacious. Big dining area, kitchen had a peninsula cabinet, which was great for doing a buffet style setting for meals. The pool was excellent. Enjoyed the putting green and the cornhole. The spa was nice for after playing golf. We are looking forward to coming back next year. There are a few minor things that I hope will be addressed. The dishwasher could use an upgrade, ceiling fans would also help due to the extreme heat that we had this year. The key thing that we found was to keep all the blinds closed during the day. That helps keeping the house cool and made it very comfortable. I noticed in one of the comments that they could not keep the house cool enough, and I would think that was because they left the blinds open. The house has a southern exposure so you would constantly have the sun. The walk to the beach was one block and the host has several extra beach chairs and umbrellas he also has a lot of floating devices for the pool and the ocean. Lots of restaurant, shopping and entertainment is close by.

And sorry that it got moved in towards the cabinet. I've asked the appliance folks to affix it better to the side walls. Glad you got to take advantage of the pool, chipping green, and all the area had to offer. :)

The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with needing the air conditioner filters fixed and dishwasher to be repaired. She and her husband came right away and fixed the problem. She also arrived to the property early to check us in when she knew we arrived early around 1pm. The house and location were excellent. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minute drive to Barefoot Landing. We also enjoyed everything that camewith the house - the pool was the best we ever had at a beach house and there was a very nice hot tub as well. We enjoyed the putting green, pool table, and old school Pac Man machine. The kitchen also very stocked. We definitely recommend this house and would come back for sure.

Everything was great - communication throughout was excellent, the place itself was exactly as advertised and overall the house was everything we’d hoped for. Highly recommend, we’ll be back for another golf trip in the future!

Wonderful Place to Vacation w Friends/Family

This place is great. House is well maintained. Plenty of space for a large group. Kids and adults loved the back pool/hot tub/putting green area. Very short walk to public beach access; it’s less than 5 minutes and you’re on the beach, set up, ready to chill. Very close to Barefoot Landing. Property owner and maintenance staff were very available and responsive. A experience, will stay again, and would recommend.

This house was perfect for our large family reunion! The house is a located about a 5 minute walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. So many fun amenities on the property kept our group entertained. The pool is beautiful and the pool floaties were greatly appreciated. As was corn hole, ladder ball, the putting green, and the hot tub. Inside we enjoyed playing arcade games, ping-pong, and pool. With three round tables there was plenty of room for all 19 of us to enjoy our meals together. The owner, John, was very helpful and communicative ensuring we had the best stay possible.

Myrtle Golf Trip

The brand-new pool and chipping/putting green was perfect for our 8 guys on a golf trip. Everything you needed was available and the owner John was super responsive to any questions.Location was perfect for golf and the beach and many options for food and fun.

Great place for family reunion

This house had plenty of room for 12 adults and 2 children. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we even found a great puzzle in the cabinet with games/puzzles to keep many of us occupied for hours! Hot tub was also enjoyed by all! Overall a great house! Our only complaint would be that the internet was spotty at times with everyone on their devices/TVs. Would definitely stay here again!

Golf Trip

We had a group if 12 new to the area. The house was a great alternative to dealing with multiple condos. The house was perfect size for us to get together as we traveled from 4 different states for the reunion. Rooms with private bathrooms was a huge bonus. Loved sitting on the porches at night. 2 blocks from the beach. Great time. Thank you.

Myrtle fantasy league draft

The boys came down for some golf and fantasy football drafting. House was nice and plenty of room. Would recommend. Hopefully Stinktopia 2025 will return to Myrtle!!

Nice, but Tired

The property had all ammenities stated in VRBO, it was clean and management was responsive. The house had a great layout and easily accommodated our extended family; however, it was "tired." The beach, was quickly accessible by foot, but the view is of highrises.

Carpets and couches worn out. Lots of dusty Knick knacks. Pool tape coming off and weeds growing everywhere. We had a toddler so had to see dead bugs and dust under furniture. Vacuum doesn’t work well.

Hi Lynn. Thanks for the feedback and I apologize for it not being up to a 5-star rating for you. I had the pool company come out and clean up the area already. Also, new carpets, bedspreads, headboards and couches are on the way this week and will be installed the first of August. I will add new pictures of them. As for items under the furniture, I will inspect that myself when I visit next week since I paid for a Spring Cleaning which should have taken care of all that!

Pleasant Surprise

This place was Awesome. The host were very responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have ask for a better experience. The only thing about this residence was the stairs. We underestimated them and assumed that there was an elevator like the other residents in that location. But it’s ok we needed the exercise. Thank you for our family hopefully we will see you again real soon.

Spacious and well situated

The house is convenient for golfers and beach goers with easy access to the Barefoot area. Bedrooms are all good size and the game room is perfect for a rainy day

Wedding and golf

A group of us came down for a wedding and a few rounds of golf. It was great being close to the wedding venue; and the accommodations were great for our bunch. Smooth entry process and quick and responsive communications with the host. Great location in quiet neighborhood.

David, I'm glad your group had a great time during your stay for the Wedding and got some golf in as well...perfect season for it (not too hot, not too cold). :) Happy to have y'all back anytime! And be on the lookout for some upgrades coming soon in the house (video game unit, new deck, etc) John

Our families grew up going to Myrtle Beach and we continued this once we had kids of our own. We searched for the right place for 5 years and jumped at the opportunity when this house became available. There weren't too many places like this (plenty of BR's for our extended family, with a private pool, yard to play games and close enough to walk on the beach.

Location, location, location. It is truly a great location. You can have the beach all to yourself if you head just south of our beach access as there are no high rise condos for over a mile! Or stay to the north and walk to the pier.

You can walk to Barefoot landing. Tanger outlets are 5 minutes down 17. 4 golf courses across the street.

There are 12 individual beds. 4 rooms with 2 queens each, 1 room with a queen and a twin, and 2 rooms with 1 queen. There are also several couches for those who don't mind sleeping on a couch as well as one with a pull out. There is a kitchen on each floor. 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. 4 on the 2nd. Living room and eating area on 1st. Rec room with pool table and LED TV upstairs.
Even a small putting green in the yard.
