We had a great stay and would return again. Great location, no more than 15-20 mins from all Disney parks. Walmart/Walgreens 5 min away. House is as per the photos, except for a new range and microwave (photos show the old ones). Entry was a breeze and the owner, who was very accommodating, actually reached out to us to make sure we got settled in ok. We did have a couple of minor issues that were easily resolved during our stay:1) The bbq regulator hose required replacement. Property manager replaced without issue.2) One of the spa valves was not working correctly. The pool guy came next day and replaced the valve actuator without issue.

This is such a neatly decorated Star Wars themed home. Each room has stylish Star Wars related decor. The home was very spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great, especially after long days at the parks. The communication with the owner was very easy and quick responses. Gerry, the owner, checked on us numerous times to make sure we were happy and to make sure we didn’t need anything. There were plenty of starter supplies in the home; soap, detergent, trashbags, papertowels, toilet paper, etc. My husband and son loved the game room with pool table, as well as, the new games for the Xbox that were available to play during downtime. I would like to mention how Gerry and his property managers were very helpful with finding a sentimental stuffed animal that we left behind & taking it to UPS to have it shipped back to us at home. The response times for all communication including convos regarding our lost stuffed animal debacle was amazing and appreciated. Star Wars fans will be in heaven here and even if you are not, the home is lovely and worth the visit.

The villa was fantastic throughout and the Star Wars theming was amazing. It was in a great location for the Disney parks and still only 30 mins or so to Universal. The neighbourhood was very quiet and respectable. The aircon was excellent and very easy to control. The room sizes were all generous and everyone got their own bathroom. The ensuite bathroom in particular was very spacious with a bath, shower and a pair of sinks. The games room was also a bonus.Gerry was a superb host right through the entire booking process and the stay. He was very responsive to queries and helped when the pool level needed topping up. It makes a big difference to have the owner so actively engaged to ensure you have a comfortable stay.I would 100% recommend Jabba The House for the theming, facilities and location but most of all for the attention to detail from the host.

We arrived for our Florida vacation to a house that was an absolute delight. The kids especially loved the pool and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was will stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils and there is a grill outside. Property manager, Gerry, was especially attentive and the excellent customer service is greatly appreciated and one reason for this great review. We would definitely recommend this property for its fun theme (Star Wars), proximity to all Orlando has to offer and even the beach (approx 90 minutes away by car).

House has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We loved the pool and hot tub and cooking our own meals on our home days and it was a nice surprise to see the Christmas tree set up to welcome us on the first day! Absolutely would recommend this house, we are a family of 5 (teens).

All in all very highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Great space for a large family. Many bathrooms for everyone to get ready in sufficent enough time for rope dropping. After a long day at the park it was a nice bonus to come back and soak in the large master suite tub or take a dip in the pool/hot tub. Jabba the House has all the conveniences that a family needs! Everything was clean and we had zero issues!

May the House be with you!

Our stay at Jabba the House was most excellent! It was well themed with lots of references to Star Wars. The property was well maintained and very clean. TVs in every room, but we only ever watched the 85" one in the comfy lounge area! No time for TV when WDW is only 10 minutes away!A good and well equipped kitchen with a separate utility room, as well as fussball and pool tables in the games room. The pool and hot tub were so good! We enjoyed a swim and a soak at night after a hard day in the parks.Great communication with the owner when booking and also prior to the vacation, when we received all the information on the house. In short, Jabba the House is a great property in a great location with everything you need to have a great stay. Hopefully we'll be back!

We would have gone bigger, but the wall where it is mounted is not that wide. Please come back John and try one of our ten villas in the area!

Good location

It’s a great location for all the parks 10 mins Disney 30 mins universal and sea world Wallmart 5 mins drive away restaurants 5-10 mins away Villa is "ok" it looks a lot bigger on the pictures Generally the whole villa needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning the front of the building needs a good clean and weeding The sinks rusty and cracked Blinds damaged Windows dirty some unable to see through Outside pool area Cladding dirty and coming away from the building Doors damaged Netting damaged Pool has a leak and loses water Furniture dirty and needed a deep clean Tables dirty needed to be cleaned before use Floor area was dirty and needed pressure washing All issues raised with Gerry and some were resolved when we were there Overall we had a good time just disappointed in the lack of attention to detail that would have made this place a really good stay.

Thanks for the feedback Mark. I just want to address a few of your comments. Our villas get rented a lot. We do not spare any expense in maintenance, but sometimes things have to wait until the slower seasons when the villa is not constantly occupied. I have pictures from my managers of everything you mentioned. The sinks are not all rusty. Two sinks have a minor rust spot near the overflow drain. We do not replace a sink for one tiny rust spot just as a hotel would not. There was only one blind with one cracked slat in the whole blind. The pool does not have a leak. The filter had a small leak which was fixed the next day. All outside areas are cleaned several times a year. They cannot all be cleaned after each guest. Florida gets a lot of rain and the outside parts of the villa may show some dirt in between cleans. My managers were by the villa several times to address your concerns. I am sorry it was not to satisfaction. We strive to keep nice villas that are also affordable for families. You paid less per night for a 4 BR villa than for one hotel room. The guests before you and after you left 5-star reviews, so hopefully we are doing something right. Thanks!

Excellent stay!

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room. All the basics in the kitchen to start you off were great. Pool was fantastic- full sun all day long! Waterfall spa was a nice addition. Close enough to enjoy Disney (15-20 min away) without the hustle and bustle of Disney.

What a gorgeous villa. Immaculately presented.

Gerry and his Tickety Boo team were fantastic from booking to finish! What a beautiful Star Wars themed Villa, great location. Pool was heated and well maintained. We had such an amazing stay here. The villa provided everything from home to home that was needed, from a huge range of kitchen utensils to hair straighteners and pool inflatables. Gerry was always on hand for advise with outside issues as in the way of driving and STOP signs . I will be booking again 🤗. Thankyou see you as soon 😊
