Comfortable home in a great location. Convenient to beach, Brigantine restaurants and Atlantic City. Each bedroom has an accompanying bathroom, making it convenient for traveling with multiple families.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. The house was very clean and plenty of space for everyone in our family. The first floor bedroom/living area was perfect for my father in law to rest. We loved being able to walk to 8th st south beach as well as our other local favorites. We will be back!

The house was spacious, clean and included everything you need for the stay. We spent lots of time on the upstairs outdoor patio enjoying the beach air and sunsets. Communication with the owner was great. He was very responsive at all times! Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at this beautiful family beach home in Brigantine! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was very convenient, and having everything we needed close by made our stay that much more enjoyable. There was also a food truck festival happening close by which was within walking distance so it was nice and convenient for a quick dinner option after a day’s travel upon arriving. The owner was also fantastic to work with. They were incredibly responsive whenever we had a question and went above and beyond with recommendations, especially when we were looking for good places to have dinner. Their quick responses and local suggestions really helped us make the most of our time in Brigantine.We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was the perfect place for our group to relax, enjoy the beach, and spend quality time together. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great beach getaway, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

We just enjoyed a much needed family reunion at this beautiful home! Family flew in from California, Florida and drove from northern N.J. I couldn't have been happier with the prompt communication with the owner, as I was in charge of organizing this trip and selecting a home. Check in as well as check out was a breeze. It was well appointed and clean with many amenities nearby. There was an ample amount of space within the home, that the kids were able to socialize with everyone or have their quiet time. We loved the quiet and peaceful neighborhood as well.

Great stay all around! Beautiful, extremely clean property with all the features you’d want for a family trip to the beach. Plenty of room and well appointed with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc and amazing sunset views from the top deck. Ideal location between bay and beach with a 2.5 block walk to the ocean. Mark is a great host and very responsive, check in/out was a breeze. 10/10 on this trip and will look to rent again!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home for a multigenerational family vacation or for several families traveling together. Mark was a fantastic host—he was always responsive and happy to answer any questions we had.The house was incredibly spacious, well equipped, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. One of our favorite parts of each day was watching the beautiful sunsets over the bay, and the fireworks from the Borgata were a fun, unexpected bonus.The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a walk away. We also loved that the beach at the end of the street was guarded, so we never had to go any farther to enjoy a relaxing day by the water. We made some wonderful family memories here and would definitely stay again.

My friends and i had a wonderful time! House is amazing..even better than the pics! If you r looking for a quiet relaxing get away this is your spot! Host is always available and checks in….close to beach wawa and lascala!

The place was very nice, the weather gorgeous. Beds comfy. however during our stay the dryer was in disrepair as well as the garbage disposal. Probably maintenance would have prevented issues but clearly not maintained.False accusations were made about missing beach passes that we never take out of the plastic. Only after the booking and full payment do you receive extensive rules and threats regarding attorneys next door etc.I am regretting renting from this person after a six hour drive home and paying over 3k to rent for four nights. He is squabbling for repairs that I did not break and passes to be replaced that were carried in a sealed package and returned in sealed package.What a way to end the trip. Beware

Wow!!! Here are the facts: Garbage disposal and dryer worked perfectly fine before this tenant. During the end of their stay the garbage disposal became jammed and automatically shuts off to prevent further damage. I told her what happened and how did easily fix it which they did The dryer worked fine until they broke the start button making it inoperable not sure how preventative maintenance would’ve prevented that??? A few days before their arrival I bought 8 summer beach passes and left them in a bag for them to use only during their stay…when they left there was only six remaining. I guess they disappeared on their own???? Even with all the above hassles, I only charged them $135 against their security deposit to pay for the damages and missing Beach passes. Unreasonable and dishonest people like this make you not want to rent They should be ashamed See the other reviews for reality

Great rental! 8th street is a sneaky great street to be on. The beach was less crowded than neighboring streets, and access was super convenient. House was perfect for three generations, and the host provided the perfect level of communication to help us enjoy our stay without having to worry about anything. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend time in Brigantine.

The house was great! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were well appointed and nice and quiet for sleeping. Enjoyed the bay views from the top deck as well. Also loved all the bikes to use for getting around the island. A great stay!

We just recently stayed the week at Mark’s beach home and it was perfect for our family! The location is perfect to town and a short walk to the beach. It has beautiful views from the top decks. Beach chairs, equipment and bikes which is always a bonus!! The less you have to pack and travel with. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is another bonus. The first floor is like it’s own living space with a bedroom, bathroom and living area. It was really perfect The 3rd floor is a huge spacious area with the kitchen and living room. Lots of natural sunlight and beautiful views and We would definitely love to rent again and I would recommend to family and friends! Thanks again Mark!

Overall impression was good except gas grill was not working. The landlord was aware of this but did not let us know. Our group brought all kinds of food for grilling multiple meals. We had to go out and buy a grill and related supplies.
