The location, setup was great. The master bedroom did not keep cool. They had fans set up throughout the unit but the master room was significantly warmer than the rest of the place.

The Veiw was simply amazing, location was great and peaceful especially considering spring break timeframe.Communication was timely, accurate, and accommodating. Wil definitely stay here again. Boardwalk was about a 20 minute drive however worth it for peace. Plenty of nearby options for food and shopping with a bonus of flavor town opening in June 2026 that will only make it better. Maps make it deceiving so when you get down there you realize how close everything really is.

It was a lot smaller than expected, so was the balcony. It was very clean and had everything that we could have wanted in the kitchen. The hot tub was warm but the jets wouldn’t work. I wish the inside and outside pool stayed open later. But the biggest problem for us was that it was very cramped. Great company to rent from though!

Chelsey, thank you for your feedback and I am happy to see that you found the residence provided everything you expected and was clean. Clean is the most important thing to guests. As for the space we have many many reviews where guests state that there was plenty of room for their families and we also have some that mention it was not what they expected space wise. Our listings provide details on the square footage as well as photos of each rooms so help guests visualize the overall size. However, it is easy to be overwhelmed with so many properties to choose from and pretty soon they all look the same. In the future if you would consider renting from Happy Crab Vacations again we do over condos that are almost twice the square footage as where you stayed so maybe that would be a better option for your family. Also we encourage all guests to make use of the facilities support line if something is not working whether it is a burned out bulb in the hallway or an issue with the hot tub. I contacted maintenance and they have no reports of any outages or any calls reporting issues. Needs some TLC

Great location, easy check in Unit needs some work. Cabinet door fell off our first few minutes there in the kitchen. All of them need work none close properly and need work. Needs a detail cleaning under beds are filthy, fridge needs cleaning and keireg brewer doesn’t work. Enjoyed our stay but could have been better.

the condo was exactly as pictured. It could have used a deep cleaning before arriving. Perfect location to sit on the patio and enjoy the beach.

Thank you for feedback and happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. As for "deep" cleaning. Deep cleaning is the process of moving all furniture, cleaning walls, baseboards, etc. This takes place 4 times a year and due to time constraints does not occur during the height of peak season.

Very clean, looks just like the pictures with a lot of room. We have a family of 6 and there was more than enough room for everyone with a great view . Owner was very responsive and helpful and gave us all the information we needed without any hassle

Birthday Getaway

My husband, my mother, and I took our 7 year old to the beach for his birthday on Father's Day weekend. We had a wonderful time. The room looks exactly like the pictures. We had no trouble getting in the room or finding parking. It was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed in the room. The location was close to all major attractions. We were 15 mins from Broadway at the beach with traffic. We were 3 mins from Barefoot Landing and about 5 mins to the Tanger Outlet. We will definitely be back. The layout was perfect. The ocean and beach view was AMAZING. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night.

Perfect place to see beautiful sunrises!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit. It is decorated nicely and the views of the sunset are spectacular! The unit has everything you need for a stay and it is a great place to go with friends. Centrally located and easy to get to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the beach and lots of great restaurants! The furniture is a little dated and we found the king bed uncomfortable but when I let them know at the end of my stay they said I should have spoken up sooner as they would have brought a new one in the next day! Nothing to complain about there! I should have said something sooner and they were very responsive before and after my stay.

Awesome getaway

Very nice condo with all the furnishings needed for a weekly stay. Everything was clean and orderly upon arrival. Communication with the owners was top notch throughout the booking process and instructions were easy to understand. We had a stress free week and will definitely look here for our next vacation.

Great Beachfront condo

Simple, small condo

We enjoyed our stay. The communication with the owner (management company) was easy and efficient. The condo was surprisingly on the small, narrow side so when all 6 of us were in the living room it felt a little cramped. We were pretty disappointed with the small balcony, inaccurately assuming that both the views detailed in the listing and the fact that it was an end unit meant that we would have more space out there. 4 people could be out there max at a time and that’s not with everyone facing the ocean. The amenities on the property were decent but also on the small side, and for such a large property this meant the pool was very crowded in the afternoon. All in all it was a good trip with no blaring issues (besides the small balcony). We probably would not stay there again though.

Sorry to hear that Waterpointe 1 did not live up to your expectations however we do manage ocean front condos that are larger in other buildings. In the scheme of things Waterpointe 1 is a small building with only 63 units compared to many locations in the area with in excess of 200 units. Awesome Trip

Loved this place! The location can't be beat - right on the beach and in the middle of serious shopping and restaurants. We will be staying here again!! We also loved the feeling of security with the building codes!! The condo had lots of room and functionality!

It was the perfect vacation!!

By far, one of our favorite vacations! We had the best views of the ocean AND I could see the fireworks over at barefoot landing lol. They condo came with everything we needed and was very clean. We never had far to travel if we wanted to go do any shopping, or wanted to go play a round of mini golf! We really enjoyed our time and can't wait to make a return trip!
