We were contacted the day we were flying to Florida to go to the property about paperwork that was not sent to us and needed to be signed. There were multiple issues with that process, not to mention it was done at the last minute. The pool and the outside area was not cleaned up from prior guests. Garbage was along the pool edge from a party and the pool had debris in it. Biggest issue the house description of the layout was inaccurate on what bedrooms and what bathrooms were located. We had our adult kids and grandkids and a key reason this was selected was because of the described layout, especially for bathrooms and where they were located. We talked prior to management about items that were on the property, such as door alarms, crock pot etc. We were told there was none. We ordered those items only to find out they did have them. The door alarms were purchased months in advance so we could not return. other issues such as tv's not working, hot tub heating, couch stain and other items they tried to address while we were there. The house is great, once pool was cleaned we had a blast, loved the location where it was on the island.
